I ordered several phones from this store. The first Samsung S24Ultra 12/512 phone in July 2024. The order was accepted quickly, the delivery was negotiated and met without complaints. Samsung S25+ 12/512 ordered the second phone in March 2025. The order was accepted quickly, and we agreed to deliver it by minibus. I came to pick it up, but the phone was not the one I ordered, although we discussed it twice and confirmed that everything was OK. I was very upset because I couldn't get this phone on time for a gift. A few days later, I personally went to Minsk and picked it up. In April, I decided to order a third Samsung S24 12/256 phone from them, and then they started doing shit. The order was accepted just as quickly, we agreed to meet with the courier on a certain date, we promised that they would dial in an hour. A day passed without anyone calling, he began to call himself, picked up the phone about the tenth time, they replied that they no longer had this phone available. I asked when he would be there, they answered in 2 days, I re-arranged with them and the order was accepted, on the appointed day there was silence again, I called for a long time, as a result, they called back in the evening and said again that there was no phone, they promised again that it would be in 2 days, I ordered for the third time, but with delivery to my the city was taken by minibus, the order was accepted, and they said on what day the delivery would be and that the driver would pick me up in an hour, The time approached the meeting, but still no one dialed me, I called them again and again they answered that there was no phone and no one sent anything. They replied that there were holidays, weekends, and that it was not available yet. They offered to take the order again, but I didn't want to deal with them anymore, because they were serving breakfast.

Unfortunately, my experience with this store has been disappointing. I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max and, despite the negative reviews, I was sure that everything would go well, as I bought an iPad here in April 2024 and was satisfied. However, this time everything turned out differently. On May 24, I placed an order and arranged for pickup on May 26. On the morning of the 26th, I called back to confirm that everything was in effect, and they told me that I could come. However, when I arrived at the appointed time, I saw a "closed" sign on the door. No one answered my attempts to call, either by the order number or by other phones. An hour later, I got a call back from another number and was offered same-day delivery. The courier was supposed to call 30 minutes before arrival, but this did not happen. I waited, but there was no call or delivery. The next day and the day after, the situation did not change — no one called back or took the initiative. The most disgusting attitude towards customers. I strongly recommend not wasting your time on this store.

I bought a Xiaomi 15 12/256 from MobiLife, but the courier didn't have time to arrive (it's okay because the driver himself understands what traffic jams and the road are) But that 's not the point!! There were 30 minutes left before the train, and I had already handed over my phone to MobiLife at the Trade-in and was left without a connection!! As a result, the guys treated me with understanding and called a taxi to the train station and, as promised, delivered my phone to Gomel the next day, and it was delivered to me!!! And even as a compliment, they sent me 512 GB instead of 256 GB!!! I am very happy with the store!! And I don 't know how anyone had it or what happened !! The attitude is very good and polite!! I'll give you 100 points out of 10!!! And the prices are two times lower than those of mobile operators!!!In the future, I will still buy equipment from them!!! Thank you for your help and phone number!!!! Who cares, the kit includes a 90W charging unit, but there is a UK plug, so you can buy an adapter for a euro outlet!!!
