Terrible phone repair service center. I applied there a couple of years ago. There were problems with the radio module: communication was constantly interrupted. They said they would do everything in the best possible way. They were constantly fed "tomorrow"-kami when the phone was ready. As a result, I waited for the phone for 2 months, nothing was repaired, the money was taken away, they said everything works for you. I do not advise anyone to contact this organization for any repairs!!!
The worst service I've ever encountered.
I took the phone for post-warranty repair to MIBILIFE at the address of the service center (78-56 Myasnikova str.) issued in the "5th element". I called beforehand, they said convincingly that the repair would be carried out almost in my presence, or at least any repair takes a couple of days. A few days later, after several of my calls about the fate of the phone, they finally said that they needed to change the "controller", announced the price and said it would be ready in a day. The day stretched out for another couple of weeks. Again, I had to call several times to find out when they would do it. Now they said they were waiting for the motherboard to check the phone. Finally, they called and said that the repair was impractical, because it would cost 400 rubles to change the spare part. (a new phone costs about 450 rubles.) - in another service, the repair amount was 160 rubles.
I have always wondered why such serious shops trust such "professionals" for warranty and post-warranty repairs of equipment (in general, even the tongue does not turn to call them that).
The result is three weeks of time, instead of repairs, down the drain (I think I was lucky that I took it back so quickly). I do not advise anyone to come here for repairs.
PS: I didn't find any positive reviews about the service, it's a pity that I didn't ask about their image before handing over the phone...

About half a year ago, I handed over two Vivo V20 devices for a fee (I broke it) and an Apple xr 64 under warranty (the connection was lost). Vivo was changed quickly, although it cost as much money as the floor of the phone. But with the "Apple" I had to wait about three or four weeks. And here is the most interesting thing. He gives me a tablet of the same model, but with a different SN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Without the box!!!!!! In the package!!!!!!! And the completed works indicate "Software update" Courier, calls on the phone, hands the phone to me. And the man says: "And you take this tablet and take it to the store." They expected that I would sign the paper and would no longer be able to demand anything from the store. In the act there was just a replacement for another one and I had to put my signature next to "I have no complaints." I have never seen such arrogance and lies in trading before. I have been working in this field for 6 years and have a proper education. I refused.
As a result, I have: A box from my mountain tablet, an acceptance certificate for diagnostics, 30 days of waiting for September 11 and a lot of noodles on my ears.
I want to remind the Mobiline store that I am waiting to be contacted for a refund for the tablet. And I am waiting for compensation in the amount of 1% for each overdue day according to the law "On Consumer Protection".
I wait one day and start knocking on all the doors. I'M NOT GOING TO LET THIS GO!!!!!

After all, Respect is the key to success) I arrived at the Myasnikov service center. I was also greeted with a bang there. They took my tablet from me, I waited for an hour and then, they already brought me a ready-made device.I checked it on the spot, everything is fine, there are no complaints. The office of mobilife is full of awls, I brought them a phone for grenades, they said that the defects in it were my fault, from falls and bumps. My phone never fell during the operation, I did not repair it, I took the phone away, the microphone does not work. I will never go there again
