I specially signed up for a haircut for a month, because I work all day and go far home. On the eve of the haircut day, the salon staff asked if I would come. And 2 hours before the appointed time, they called from the salon and said that they were moving the time from 18.00 to 20.00, explaining that papikmacher would not have time to cut the previous client's hair.
It's indecent for a serious institution. Apparently the establishment is not very serious!
