"I contacted Mmservice after my Redmi 12 experienced an unplanned "diving" into a puddle. The screen went blank, the phone didn't respond to charging, and I was already mentally saying goodbye to it. The official service gave me a price comparable to half the cost of a new device, so I decided to look for an alternative. And for good reason!
The guys from Mmservice performed a free diagnostic in 15 minutes and clearly explained that the problem was the oxidation of the board and the malfunction of the display. I was surprised that the master showed me the damaged components under a microscope — it seemed like I was in a laboratory, not a repair shop. We have agreed to replace the screen with the original one (not the Chinese equivalent!) and cleaning the board. The entire repair took less than a day, and the price was 40% lower than in other places.
When I picked up the phone, it didn't just work — all the functions, including the fingerprint scanner and NFC, were preserved. Even the battery, which I already wanted to change, began to last longer (apparently, the software was cleaned of debris). A safety glass and a discount for the next visit were given as a gift.
Now I recommend this service to everyone: they not only fix it, but also explain how to avoid breakdowns. And most importantly, they gave my Redmi 12 a second life without overpayments and nerves. I contacted this center with a Samsung A51 phone, which has not worked for three months. Before that, they repaired it three times in another center for the amount that it was easier to buy a new one. It was not possible to determine the cause and permanently eliminate it unfortunately. When, half a year after the repair, the phone turned off again for no reason, my hands dropped. After a while, I decided to try to show it to another master, honestly not hoping for anything, but I was very lucky to get into this particular service. The wizard identified, named the problem and fixed it in just half a day. In addition to the restored phone, I was also pleased with the amount of repairs.
