Stretching has always been hard work for me. I have a bad stretch and every lesson is torture for me, because nothing works out, it hurts a lot. On vacation, just for fun, I decided to give stretching another chance and went to this studio. Here, of course, the exercises were also difficult for me, but at the same time, thanks to the coaches who really know what they are doing, show full participation in whether a person succeeds in completing an element or not and help him, stretching classes began to be enjoyable for the first time! I left every time, although tired, but very happy.
I would like to single out coach Anastasia Kurzova separately! Just an amazing girl, a professional in her field and a person from whom you feel incredible support all the time💫
I also can't help but write that the studio itself is very cozy, beautifully furnished, with a very pleasant atmosphere.

A very good studio with excellent professional trainers! They always explain which exercise is aimed at what. It is very cozy and comfortable in the locker room. Lovely polite girl at the reception!

It's a great place to be in shape. Clean, cozy, good coaches, affordable prices for season tickets. Sometimes you can't get to some running directions, but if you sign up for coaching in advance, then everything is OK

I always go out after training with a different person!
The atmosphere, conditions and geolocation are conducive to classes, even when you come after hard working days in the intervals of internal dialogues with laziness :))
The coaches are worth separate praise (it's a pity that you can't highlight the names in bold): Julia Lagun, Maria Zhilach, Natalia Aniskovets, each has its own specific style and its own program and cool the fact that through the application you can choose and plan a coach for your inner emotional and physical condition.
Working out and giving back from classes at level 1000! That's because when you come to classes, you can't hack or do half-strength exercises, since everything disposes you to become stronger and healthier- some kind of sports magic :))
Come to the group to check it out, but in itself I really say that this is the only place that I don't He was released after a year and a half.
