I understand that we are talking about "Beybarys"e? If so, then a cool gym. The 1st floor is for those who love iron or fitness. 2nd floor of the MMA. In my experience, I went there for 3 months purely to throw iron. The coach there is cool (in my case, Cool) in general, I did not do much, but I am very glad that I chose this particular gym.
