A very green area. Of course, this is the edge of the city and a lot of things are missing. for example, bank branches or shopping malls. There is a school, kindergartens, grocery stores, a polyclinic. All spring, the birds do not just sing, but trill. Close to the airport and railway station. The final and therefore the initial bus stops. Roses! And there are many of them.

I like the area. There are quite a few small shops. Both household and Berik's have excellent vegetables and a small small (like eurospara) and magnum and just small-town rural grocery (who knows what)
There are several cafes, especially the Clearing.
Buses run quite often.
There is a swimming pool with an annual subscription and sports grounds both open in the courtyards and closed for athletes.
Of the cons
In the cold season, there is a lot of smog, the smell of burnt peat or bonfires is not clear. They say they go from the mountains to the valley. But in general, I've heard that it's still blowing normally here.
And the second disadvantage is trains. They're honking. Day or night is not important. Constantly. I don't know what their rule is - if you drive past zhuldyz, honk the horn?…
In the summer, the area came to life. Seasonal nano cafes have opened. There are milkshakes, even burgers with hot dogs. And there is a bottled foam store nearby, there are no frills, but everything is basic.
And in general, it is green and fresh in the shade, in the evening you can walk along the alley.
