Personally, our trip was justified by the expectation and good mood, there was a negative from the quarrel one of the employees of the hall saw (because she did not let go of the phone and looked into it even when one of the moms was talking to her, dissatisfied with her behavior, I do not even know who she works there), but the resolution of emerging claims it should not be put on public display by visitors. I think it was necessary to go out and explain in a place inaccessible to us, third-party visitors, and the fact that the employee of this institution was rude (working with children and with people in general has its own specifics of communication, even if the visitor is wrong) so this suggests that the recruitment was without any special skills.

Everything is fine, the staff is good. 👍👍👍 It is also possible for adults to ride a cheesecake with children. The children are happy and I am. One minus I didn't like the pizza, but that's not the main thing. I recommend everyone to have a very good time with their family.

It only gets worse with the opening. There is much less space for kids, toys are broken and there are fewer of them (they don't think about TB at all) Instructors live their own lives, chat on the phone and don't keep order. I witnessed how the children themselves, headfirst, went down on their stomachs on a cheesecake, the girl fell right on her back (not the most pleasant sensations). In the locker room, the so-called hangers for outerwear are like from the school of the 90s, there are terrible shelves for shoes, and in general, shoes are lying around. There is no ventilation system properly: it is stuffy and smells unpleasant.
