I wish you closure and all the worst!!! You can't get a dermatologist in this clinic!!! According to the medical board, you need to travel 3 times a day. At the reception, according to the dermatologist's work schedule, first they say one thing, and the next day they say another! And not only does she work 2 days a week anyway, she went on sick leave, and the receptionist didn't even say that when they called! The manager is on the second shift, although just two days ago they said that on this day she started at 8 a.m.
When you're on sick leave, it's generally trash. Each appointment is a different doctor, then someone has a vacation, then a sick leave. One says rinse your throat and drink the powder, and emphasized that you drink the antibiotic early, you come to the other one every other day, and she yells why you don't take the antibiotic. What's that supposed to mean?
I wish you a long and painful check and dismissal for such a "wonderful" job.
I want to share my experience of visiting the clinic. I made an appointment in advance at a certain time to plan my day and avoid a long wait. I even arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time, in 10 minutes
.Unfortunately, I ran into an unexpected situation. The nurse reported that the admission procedure had been changed and the queue had been "redistributed." As it turned out, patients who came without an appointment were prioritized. As a result, despite my pre-appointment, I had to wait about 40 minutes for an appointment. I noticed that other patients who were booked for a specific time also faced delays.I would like to draw the attention of the clinic administration at the moment. The pre-appointment system loses its meaning if the scheduled time is not respected. Nevertheless, I would like to express my deep gratitude to Yulia Valeryevna Radyun, a doctor. Despite the delay and organizational issues, the reception was held at a high level. Yulia Valeryevna proved herself to be an attentive, professional and competent specialist. The consultation was informative and helpful, and communication with the doctor left only positive emotions.
I would like to sincerely thank Daria Anatolyevna from the bottom of my heart! You are a talented massage therapist from God with golden hands and a warm heart. Being a massage therapist is your calling. But you are also a wonderful person, kind, responsive and able to cheer up. You are an excellent specialist who knows your job well.
