The hotel was chosen based on reviews and location. We stayed at the hotel from 27-29.01.2025. Very friendly and lovely girls at the reception, responsive and sympathetic. The rooms are large, clean and very cozy. The breakfast period is 07.00-10.30, the restaurant is clean, the menu is varied and delicious, the dishes are quickly sorted and the waiters fill the empty plates just as quickly, they never said: it's over! A transfer from the airport can be arranged at the hotel, which we certainly took advantage of. I would like to say a special thanks to the hotel driver, Kazbek! I have been in touch all three days of my stay in Astana. I met you at the airport, a city tour, a trip to the shopping and business center and the route back to the airport - everything is on time, safe and trouble-free! Do I recommend Mirotel-yes!

A wonderful hotel! I really liked it. The photo is more modest ... impressed by the excellent staff! Very friendly, courteous staff. Cozy rooms. A wonderful buffet. If Astana, then ONLY the Mir Hotel!!!! (Standard room for two. Kettle, tea, bottled water, slippers, bathrobes, daily replacement of toothbrushes (it just amazed me), toothpaste, shampoos and shower gel. Thank you very much! I liked the hotel VERY MUCH. Angela (we arrived from March 15th to March 22nd this year).

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my impressions were extremely positive. I really liked the room — cozy, clean and spacious, with comfortable furniture. Top-level service: the staff is friendly and always ready to help. It is worth noting the delicious breakfasts and a variety of dishes. I was also pleased with the location — the hotel is located in a convenient area, close to attractions and good restaurants. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfort and excellent service!
