The hotel is located in the city center. Clear. Heat. Comfortably. The staff is adequate and sincere. There is a restaurant nearby. It's not expensive, but everything is tasteful. The room has everything you need for a person on a business trip. Gorgeous. Well done!!!

The rooms are average in comfort. Do not turn off the heating at +20 outside....They say the windows are open...This is a problem for Kazakhs...one crane for the whole of Kazakhstan....
