never!!!! Never repair a car here if you suddenly find yourself in this car service, if you can call it that!!! I'll tell you our story:
We came to Istanbul to rest. We arrived by car. We decided to go to the mall one of the days. Suddenly, on the way, they saw that the car was boiling. We stopped at the curb. The husband opened the hood, saw that the hose was torn out, through which the coolant goes. Everything else was fine. Suddenly, two acrobat brothers on a tow truck came out of nowhere. Let's take you to the service. We were delighted-what a service!!! Just broke down-the tow truck is already in place. They drove us to hell on horns. On the way, we asked twice why they were taking us so far, because we had arrived so many services. In short, this is not the mafia in Russia, this is some kind of automafia here. They began to disassemble the whole car, to the question of why-to identify the cause. Well ok. We're waiting. Let's go, the guys of the master bought a hose (I don't know exactly what it's called), replaced it. All this joy of life took two hours. They say it's done!!! The husband went to check the work, apparently they did not expect such a turn and saw that the electric cable that goes to the fan was just a snack. There is only one answer to our indignation-it was so. In short, they were busy for another hour, if not less. As a result, they could not repair anything, the fan never started working. And, also, instead of antifreeze, water was poured for us!!!!! They charged us 1400 lira for the tow truck and 800 for the hose and its replacement. We went to another master.
Therefore, if you suddenly arrived in Istanbul by car and you have problems with it, never agree to the services of someone who is not clear. Contact only authorized dealers. Yes, repairs there will be more expensive, but for sure
