🇺🇸🇷🇺 To say that the hotel is bad is the same as saying nothing. The first day started with the cleaners entering with their card themselves, not waiting for me to open my room door. After the terrible food we have the problem that we have to tolerate the presence in the hotel of bald, bearded, criminal looking people who sit wherever they want, in a public place hear their music with their speakers, many times approach girls without taking no for an answer and when a waiter was serving me at the bar, when he approached, the waiter left me and started serving him and when I demanded respect and fairness, the waiter raised a ruckus. Definitely do not recommend the Mirage Bey hotel. And before coming to Egypt think three times. Сказать, что отель плохой, это то же самое, что ничего не сказать. Первый день начался с того, что уборщики вошли со своей карточкой сами, не ждя, чтоб я открыл дверь моей комнаты. После ужасной кухни мы сталкиваемся с проблемой, что нам приходится терпеть присутствие в отеле лысых, бородатых, криминального вида людей, которые сидят где хотят, в общественным месте слышат свою музыку со своими динамиками, много раз подходят к девушкам, не воспринимая отказ, а когда официант обслуживал меня на баре, когда он подошел, официант оставил меня и начал обслуживать его, а когда я потребовал уважения и справедливости, официант поднял шум. Определенно не рекомендую отель Mirage Bey. И прежде прибытие в Египет подумайте трижды.

One of the best hotels in terms of price and quality. The rooms are cozy and spacious. The territory of the hotel is surrounded by greenery and flowers, hiking to the sea and for lunch on a daily basis are provided for you. The sea at the hotel is located in the bay, many choose this hotel for this reason: if you prefer a fresh breeze and entertainment (aerobics classes take place there), it is better to stay in the very center of the beach, if you want privacy and peace, then walk to the left to the very end, the beach is wilder and there is no wind. Food for every taste: there are low-sugar diet dishes, a huge selection of vegetables and herbs, but I was especially impressed with the local beef. I recommend trying local cucumbers and tomatoes from vegetables, it was impossible to tear yourself away from them during the whole vacation. The sea is stunningly beautiful: many choose holidays in Egypt precisely because of the reefs. But I also want to warn you: try not to swim further than 10 meters from the shore and swim one at a time, even though the beach is equipped with an anti-shark net, it is in any case not 100% safe. The only thing that was confusing on vacation was the merchants, most often they offered to visit excursions, get tattoos or African pigtails, and the same person can approach you almost every day. Shops worth visiting: if you want to buy some oils and creams, then next to the hotel on the right is the Uncle Fedor store, named after the seller Fedor, who will win you over from the first minute. The prices are loyal: camel milk can be purchased for $ 3 (so that you understand: the tour was offered for $ 10), and there is also a large selection of perfumes and oils. Fedor will help you choose according to your goal. There is also a shop called "Leopatro" next to it (perhaps once the name was with the letter "K" :) there's a very good price tag for souvenirs and things. Also (relevant for women) near the sea, I recommend visiting a handmade souvenir shop, wonderful coral bracelets, shell necklaces, etc. are created right in front of you . The hotel operates on an all-inclusive system, but do not neglect this, it is always nice to thank another person for his attention to you with a tip. We left tea for the bartenders and cleaners, and it was always nice to see a smile and gratitude in return.

Wonderful hotel and staff-) A huge clean and beautiful territory (10 thousand steps a day are provided for you) everything is in flowers, palm trees, lots of pools, the sea in the bay, shallow for children. I had a rest from 9.03 to 15.03, the weather is +30, you will not see a single trash can on the territory, the plates of food are always full in the restaurant, and the tables are cleaned at such a speed-) the animation is unobtrusive, everyone is trying! The only negative of the hotel is the old rooms, But there is a bed, TV, air conditioning, hot water too! You only sleep in the room. I've been to Egypt 15 times, and I've been to 5 and 3, so the hotel left only positive impressions!

Gorgeous, green, well-groomed, large territory!!! Nice, big, clean bay! They feed on 4 out of 5, drinks are like everywhere else, animation is on 3, but they try, fact show, belly dance, acrobatic show, karaoke, but everything seems to be from China(fake). The rooms are shabby, but clean! No insects, mold, or foreign odors. The smell is only on the street after 23:00 when they water the greenery with some kind of sewage, it smells like in the toilet at the train station. There are a lot of pesky Egyptians on the beach offering their services. The rest are nuances that affect the tour operator, each one may be different. They inhabit the truth far from all entertainment and even the lobby bar, they have to walk far. You go from the beach to the room twice-14,000 steps are done! Although this is a plus for someone! I don't like walking, I didn't like it. And they won't settle closer, the rooms are sold out to the locals.

We stayed at the hotel from 08.09.24 for 10 days. Positive: We booked a family room for 4 people, the room is good. There's a pool next to our building, and I used to catch Wi-Fi in my room. The territory is very beautiful. There are 3 pools in total, 2 of them with slides. There are bars with drinks by the pools. We thought the service would be terrible, but we were pleasantly surprised when the shower got clogged, and it was cleaned within a couple of hours. The pools are always clean. We always had enough sun beds, both by the sea and by the pools. The food for lunch and dinner is not bad, there was always meat. Minuses: The breakfasts are meager, the coffee in the restaurants is not delicious. For 10 days, there was an unpleasant smell 3 times in the evenings, the plants were watered. Ps If you don't like walking, then this hotel is not for you. Restaurants and the sea are within a 10-minute walk.

I didn't like the hotel. It doesn't even pull 3. The only advantages are a pretty bay, a beautiful warm sea, delicious desserts and pastries, a lot of flowering vegetation (limes, basil, pomegranate on the territory). Colorful lizards are running around. - terrible rooms, dark, dusty, everything is shabby, there are ants in the room, gum on the bed, sheets in pellets, towels are stale, plumbing is rusty, the door honks if you don't slam with all your might, the pillows are hard - spent 5 days out of 10 with food poisoning after one of the meals - the food is tasteless, there is a choice, they even gave shrimps (strictly 3 pcs. per person) but you definitely won't get pleasure - to sit in a restaurant, you have to try, you're a little late - everything is already occupied, the crowd is stuffy, it's hot, there aren't enough tables, you have to run around and ask for appliances - we saw a MOUSE in the restaurant, no one has heard about sanitation - the dishes are plastic, not particularly clean, even the plates - there are shops and merchants on the territory, every time you go for breakfast / lunch / dinner, you have to endure persistent calls to come in / buy, it is impossible to get around - there are cups floating in the sea, steers - it stinks during sewage irrigation - the territory is large, which can be both a plus and a minus - many sun beds are broken, you need to occupy them at 7 a.m., then everything is occupied - entrance to the sea with a lot of stones - on the beach, they intrusively offer services / drinks, do not allow you to relax - the restaurant (although, rather, the dining room) does not have air conditioning, as well as at the reception - there are a lot of locals with families, but they don't touch anyone, they quietly relax peacefully - the cleaning is so-so, if you don't tip, the sand will be left on the floor - there is no kettle in the room if you don't pay - the drinks are disgusting, coffee is like water, juices paint the lips and everything from the inside, beer is diluted, normal Turkish coffee is only paid In general, it's not that I don't want to go back to the hotel, I wanted to leave from there. I'm not a particularly picky tourist and I enjoyed the sea, the sun, and time with a friend, but I'm definitely not going here anymore.

We rested there from 21.09 to 02.10. I'll start with the advantages: a good sea, a gentle sandy beach (a paddling pool for kids and aqua aerobics) and a rocky entrance for those who like to swim calmly. There is also a reef with fish and a convenient descent into the water. That's the end of the pros. There was no variety of food, it was the same every day: rice, pasta, stewed vegetables. All meat and fish were provided by the staff (2 shrimps per person!!), by the way, the shrimps were cooked only 2 times during 10 days of stay. Because of this, terrible queues were created for meat (2 pieces per person). The fish looked so terrible that it was scary to approach it. The staff treats their duties as negligently as possible, they just can't cope. The only thing was that they were happy with the cleaning (one of the few who performed their tasks well). We first moved into a scary room (2155, I think the whole building is like that), which does not even reach economy class, dark, scary, tired furniture, plumbing is breathing hard, if you wash in the shower, all the water pours into the middle of the bathroom and does not go away, no water pressure. I suppose this is done on purpose, so that later they can move you to a more recent room for money. We changed through the guide without additional charges. They moved into a relatively normal bright room, where the shower holder was broken (they said at the reception, it was never repaired). A mouse was found in this room (to be honest, it already seemed nice to us, compared to the staff). A la carte restaurant: we signed up for Italian, we didn't expect much, but it turned out to be just terrible. They didn't even touch the dishes. The territory is incomprehensible, green, but kind of stupid, the water park has one name, 3 slides and it's not clear if they work. In any case, do not come if you want to have a good and high-quality rest. We went on Anex Tour.

We stayed at this hotel from 9.01.2025 to 17.01.2025. The territory of the hotel is more or less clean. Of the 4 pools, only 1 is open (with an aquapark). The beach is located around the lagoon, the water is cool and not very clean, bags and wrappers are floating. The rooms are furnished with old furniture, they don't clean very well, you give them money and they wind up swans and wash the floor. The food is terrible! On the first day, I thought we'd starve to death. Meat must be extracted in the truest sense of the word, they roast tortured chicken on coals, some kind of sausages from either an old cow or a camel, it tastes disgusting! You can find gravy, but you can't put it on yourself as much as you want, they put it on themselves where there is meat. The fish is one mackerel, that is, the tails of it. Stewed vegetables with no taste at all. From the side dish, potatoes, pasta, rice, rice with pasta, or potatoes with pasta. In general, we are shocked by the food. The pastries are delicious. Fruits include persimmons, green melons, dates, tortured oranges, and bananas. Alcohol is so-so (gin, rum, tequila, cognac), beer is weak. Juices are bad-yuppie in one word! Lemonade is more or less a sprite. About the excursions that our travel agent gave us on the 2nd day of our arrival (before we had time to look around): all excursions are always longer in time than they initially say. We took a trip to Luxor, a boat trip, a safari (riding bugs, quad bikes, camels), shopping (visiting a market, pharmacy, supposedly a mosque, a walk around the city). It's very tiring to get to Luxor, we left at 4:40 and returned at 20:00. This tour included:visit the Karnak Temple, walk along the Nile, visit banana island, lunch at a restaurant and visit the city of the dead. I recommend visiting the temple, a walk along the Nile and banana island is better to exclude, shit, unsanitary conditions! The City of the Dead has only 3 tombs open (small rooms underground with inscriptions on the walls are all). I really liked the boat trip, but they give me masks with tubes, I don't recommend it, many of them are lying after these masks with rotovirus, it's better to take your own! Riding a quadric and tanks is so-so- the equipment is all dead! We took photos and videos from skating there-it's full of crap-half of the photos are strangers, the pictures are stupid, the video is generally terrible. The cost is $17.That you took a picture yourself is 100 times better! I do not advise you to take paid shopping, you can go out and buy everything you need in the vicinity of the hotel, and it is 3 times cheaper, you can bargain! Where the guides take you shopping, the prices are fixed, but the goods are the same, and you have to wait for everyone! There was meat: pilaf with mutton, lula, cutlets, meatballs. Side dishes include potatoes, rice, pasta, sweet potatoes. There was fish, but it didn't taste good to me. Salads, sliced vegetables and fruits, sweets, sweet rolls, bread. Periodically, grilled dishes, such as fish, were fried. Drinks include pineapple and mango juice, cola, sprite, fanta, water and alcohol. This is from what I remember. 3. The sea. In the morning, the sun shines so that it seems as if you are in a bounty advertisement: azure waves, a light breeze. There are also small reefs where a lot of fish swim. It is very interesting and beautiful. A lot of people go snorkeling there. 4. We were given a large room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The refrigerator and air conditioning were working. Cleaning was daily - change of linen and towels. 5. There are various shops on site where merchants sell different goods. 6. Every day they put new drinking water, 2 bottles of 1.5 liters each. 7. Many thanks to the girl who is engaged in booking tables in restaurants. She helped us do everything possible to take my broken phone for repair. And she also booked a table at the restaurant for her husband's birthday. 8. And on his birthday, we were given a certificate for a cake. A song was sung in the restaurant itself. It was very pleasant. 9. After 18:00, everyone is asked to leave the sea, because all the animals come to feed. In the evening, the beach is patrolled by security. I really liked this warning. 10. A towel was forgotten on the beach, and the next day it was returned to us at the reception. I really liked it too. 11. In principle, the locals are friendly. All traders, cleaners, receptionists, other employees are not annoying, friendly. 12. For $ 1, the cleaner decorated the bed with flowers. It was a pleasure. Minuses: 1. It flowed from the tap yellow-brown, then normal. We didn't brush her teeth. Cleaned from a bottle with water. 7. Speaking of water. One day, it was just turned off from morning to afternoon. And only in our building. 8. Very annoying tour sellers. They walk along the beach and accost the guests. The goal is to impose services for hammam, trips, etc. 9. We still got a little poisoned, we sin against the pool, because we didn't feel very good after it. Either they clean it poorly, or they add too strong chemicals. 10. Nets from marine life are torn in different places, so if any moray eel wants to swim, nothing will stop it. 11. Going to the beach is good only where children swim. There are rocks further on, especially near the reefs. I cut my foot, so I should wear special slippers. 12. A lot of the hotel grounds look like ruins and a landfill. But this is due to a lack of funds and the local mentality. 13. Lack of sunbeds on the beach. Many occupy them at 7-8 in the morning. In my opinion, this is generally insanity. 14. There are also not enough tables in the restaurant for everyone. That's why we came after the hungriest people, in the middle. In principle, this hotel just pulls on a budget 4. It's modest, but the sea is close. Be prepared to remind the room service that there is a kettle and tea/coffee in the room, and shampoos and gels in the bathroom. But it's better to take your gels, etc., they brought us already opened ones, i.e. on some tubes there were remnants of a protective foil film, similarly with water bottles. Strawberries are around the corner from the hotel for $1/kg, not wow, but quite tasty. Mango was very impressive. The territory is decent in size and well maintained. During meals, the plates and trash were cleaned quickly, and there were always clean dishes. There was enough food, but the men wanted more meat. There were very few fish. Vegetables are represented by potatoes, cabbage, carrots are gorgeous in taste and color, peppers. The choice of fruits was limited to melon, dates, pomegranate, persimmon, guava. There were a lot of pastries and cakes. Side dishes include various cooking options for pasta and potatoes, rice, beans, and soup. Cheese and sausage are made of plastic))) For breakfast, the children took cereal with milk, omelets, boiled eggs, sweet or vegetable cottage cheese.

If you decide to go, as we do on hot trips, I advise you! I would like to highlight separately - these are the hotel staff, friendly, cultured, sociable and quite good at communicating in Russian! We were lucky, we were in hotels at a time when 90 percent of the Russian population was there, our music was playing, discos were playing, and we could just sit and drink coffee at Lobi's in the evening. The second thing I liked was the green area of the hotel, the guys water it every evening, take care of it. There are several pools on site, each with a staff/lifeguard assigned. It's rare to see people swimming there, but children occasionally swim. Most of them are at sea, which I really want to mention! The sea is incredible, the nets are stretched, and they already need to be replaced, but you won't find big fish and the shore is clean, there are small stones, so I recommend shoes right away.

The rooms are tired, but clean. A huge disadvantage for synthetic bedding, which formed a lot of pellets and I couldn't sleep all night. The next morning I asked for a change, but they didn't change it to synthetic, which still had pellets on it, but it was smaller and more comfortable. We stayed at this hotel in January 2025. The only advantages of this hotel are a beautiful lagoon and a large beach and a green, well-maintained territory. I stayed at this hotel back in 2012 (formerly Lilyland). So, nothing has changed in the hotel since then! Only freshly painted furniture! Even the bed linen and towels are left over from those times (judging by their gray washed appearance). The doors to the rooms slam shut with great difficulty, which causes a crash on the entire floor. The food in the hotel is 3, the alcohol is terrible, everything is diluted (even the beer on the beach is somehow diluted). Animators are not funny at all, there is no enthusiasm in them! They're just doing their job. On the first evening at the children's disco, the animator conducted the program with a face as if someone had died. It's the 15th time I've been on vacation in Egypt, and the main thing for me is the sea and the sun. But I have never had such a boring, gloomy vacation, although we had a large company. Definitely not going back to this hotel!

Vacationing with a friend (both 76 years old) 1-10.12.2024. By the way, this is her 7th time in Egypt, she says it was the best Egyptian vacation. Large, well-maintained territory. The beach and the entrance to the sea are sandy, no slippers were required. The lagoon, the sea is calm, beautiful, the depth is not sharp, which is convenient for children. There are a lot of free sun beds, and people move them around as they see fit. The restaurant was quite free, we always sat at a table together, there was enough room for everyone. Perhaps it was related to the length of stay.… The food is normal, a buffet, but the meat was given out by an employee, 2 pieces. However, at the end of the hall, which is outdoors, you can, if desired, get a couple more cutlets or pieces of chicken. There are a lot of vegetables in raw and cooked form. There are soups, but not rich ones, we didn't take them. Lots of buns and different cakes, jellies, beautiful and delicious cakes. It's a little tight with fish, few and tasteless. Disposable drinking cups. Persimmons, guavas, melons, oranges, grapefruit, bananas, some grapes, and dates were offered from fruits in December., I went from the hotel to Dendera, Luxor, it costs 95 dollars. Everything was organized perfectly, on time, and clearly. Jamal was the guide, and I would like to thank him very much (he is responsible, attentive, and knows history and Russian very well). Sometimes in the evening, when watering near the trees, there was a smell of sewage, but we understand that without fertilizers in the desert it is impossible to grow such beauty. And more. The territory is spacious, the buildings are scattered, and everyone eats in a large restaurant near the beach. Of course, we still have to reach it. It didn't bother us, it took 6-7 minutes, but families with children, if without a stroller, need to keep this fact in mind. Chocolate "Alyonka" and dollars help to get a convenient number. The furniture is simple, we were ready for this, we read a lot of reviews. Cleaning was carried out, but not thorough. We got a relatively normal room, the 2nd floor, the refrigerator was working, there were no problems with water and plumbing. Of course, they offered to buy something everywhere on the territory, obsessively… That's the kind of people… I have visited many hotels in different countries. If you go for the purpose of shopping, relaxing, watching, then this is a very good option. It's almost always sunny in Egypt, we've been swimming a lot, but it's already cooler on December 9th, and the sea will continue to cool down. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very tasty and varied food. I will leave a review of my impressions of this hotel, where everything was included on request. Room service began only after the so-called tips, as in principle everything is being built there. The bars very often ran out of drinks and the bartenders were too arrogant, it felt like after every drink I poured, I owed them for the rest of my life. The reception is a separate conversation, they wanted to hang a broken door on me, at check-out they told me that there was a problem with the door, we came with a representative of the hotel and he immediately takes off the evacuation plan from the door and there turns out to be a hole, I was very surprised and annoyed started quarreling but still defended my point of view and did not pay anything It just happened to be a fact. In restaurants and chefs were too arrogant, the portions were laid out at their discretion, if he likes a person, he will put more, and if you did not come to court, then do not wait for a normal portion, but go a few times in a lame queue. Annoying shop assistants through whom you go from the hotel to meals and to the sea, these conversations are just boring. One fine night, a kitten's cry was heard, it prevented me from falling asleep, I had to go look for the cause of the problem. As it turned out, the little kitten was stuck in the mine where the wires from the air conditioners were running, we called the specialists who came and left, said 1 minute wait, there we stayed waiting, but an hour passed and we decided to call, to which we were told that they would be able to do something only tomorrow, in general, it was completely impossible to sleep that night. The next day, they resolved the issue.

The territory is large and clueless, the location of the showers, toilets and water tanks is ill-conceived, so that after washing off the sand, you walk through the sand again..... No money is invested in the hotel, everything falls apart and turns into dust. You won't be hungry, but the quality of the food is below average, soda is a mixture of tap water and syrup. There are 4 star hotels that are better, but for such a price, you can't find it here. Before going here, I recommend that you think about it and maybe add money for the trip, so as not to be too disappointed in Egypt) By the way, the pier is not working, so you can watch the corals and fish at the risk of being run over by a boat)))))))))

There were 10 days. A good hotel for your budget. There are 4 swimming pools, 2 water parks on the territory. There is a place to walk around the territory, there is also a bay where it is a pleasure for children to swim. For food: at lunch and dinner there is always something from the grill with smoke or chicken or beef patties. There are always sliced vegetables, not a lot of fruits, but they are present. They gave me shrimp twice. The fish was in a day. It's not worth going to the Ala Kart restaurant, it's not tasty.

A great hotel for your money. We had a rest in May 2024. A hotel for families with children. Great animation and children's discos in the evenings. A large buffet restaurant. The only focus is not on European cuisine. In 10 days, the dishes just got boring. If you're on PP, it's just a caper. Otherwise, it's a great place. There is a large beach and an aquapark nearby. There is a bus going back and forth every 15 minutes. Free sun beds and umbrellas.

The only advantage of the hotel is a clean, green area. On the downside: they move into the most terrible room on purpose, so that they pay $ 10 for a more or less comfortable-looking room. There was no kettle or hot water in the room, and the light was on intermittently. We wrote to the guide many times that we didn't have hot water, he kind of handed it over to the reception and they "fixed" it. They constantly called the reception and came up and asked us to make water, to which they said there was hot water. She wasn't there at all, we had to wash in the cold, as a result, by the end of the vacation, we got sick.. We're not picky at all, and the food wasn't very good, to put it mildly, but we didn't expect anything normal. We ate when we went on excursions and in Mac (20 minutes on foot) The rooms were not cleaned at all and towels and bed linen were not changed. They were just making the bed. Because of the attitude of the staff, I don't want to come back here at all. I can't give you more than one point. The hotel is not 4, but 2 rooms turning into 3 rooms Alcohol, of course, no alcohol at all. We took dutik in Russia with us. We left the hotel by ourselves, in principle, safely. The pillows are very hard, as if you were sleeping on a piece of wood. The hot water pressure was weak. Towels were changed every day. But there is a nuance, they were picked up in the morning and brought clean ones after lunch. Every morning, the janitor knocked on all the doors at exactly 8.30 a.m., which was very annoying, because the audibility was very strong. The cleaning was only an appearance. They drive the dust into the corners, make up the bed. We liked the territory, it is large, green, well maintained. The beach is also great. Clean. There were plenty of sun beds. There have always been beach towels. The food is not very good. But my husband and I are losing weight in life, so it was good for us. You don't eat too much, because there wasn't anything particularly tasty. All drinks are in small plastic or paper cups. The coffee is delicious from the vending machine in the lobby bar. He's not much of a restaurant guy. The bottled beer was terrible, it was draught, but it ran out very quickly. Sometimes they drank rum and Coke. But I don't understand it. The restaurant is not very clean. Tables are not particularly wiped, they just brush away crumbs. And I also wanted to celebrate the New Year's Eve gala dinner. It's a quiet horror. They set up long tables near the pool. And at night, the temperature at this time is 14 degrees. It was cold. The chairs were right next to each other. You can't get out again. And the food had to be served by themselves in the restaurant. Of the drinks, only what is served at the bar. Only in glassware. Many brought their own alcohol.
