We had a rest at the end of July 2024. Everything is clean and new, matches the photo. No extraneous odors, dampness, garbage and other things. Linen, towels, mattresses - everything is in perfect order. The kitchen is comfortable, all the dishes are there. Comfortably. The hosts are friendly, settled in without problems, communication is not intrusive and friendly. Of the minuses, the yard was not fully equipped yet, the lawn was empty, a few small bushes, a swing, I wanted more greenery.
There is a great dining room within walking distance, it is always delicious, the choice is sufficient, the prices are pleasant.
A good place for your money, without unpleasant surprises.

We had a rest in July in Pitsunda, stayed at this hotel.
Hospitable hosts.
We arrived at 5 a.m. and were settled in without any problems, when we left, we were allowed to leave in the evening.
The room is clean with all amenities except the refrigerator, it is shared in the kitchen. A large shared kitchen with all the utensils.
The only drawback is that the Wi-fi in our room was very bad, the TV didn't work well either, since it was from the Internet.

The eternally drunk hotel caretaker, who will not let you sit in his company or family, will stick himself and bring friends to your table for a drink. It all ends with a "squirrel", insults and threats. And the photos really correspond to what they really are. New furniture is the only thing that attracts tourists to the hotel.
