Excellent!
Please keep in mind right away that this is a coffee shop with a small menu and my assessment is within this format of the institution.
Simple, clear, clean, loft style. The staff in the same type of clothes with a logo, without intrusiveness, quietly, culturally, without excessive affectation of politeness, simple cheerful young people - special thanks for this.
With all the simplicity of the interior and renovation, there are stands and trays in the same style on wooden tables in the shape of a hexagon, good quality napkins and appliances, good toilet paper and a clean bathroom. I didn't notice any savings on customers.
And the most impressive thing is the attitude towards the files. I had an incident with milk. The waiter sincerely and honestly explained the situation, replaced the drink, offered to treat and gave something to the client. The customer at the next table was immediately asked a question, because her porridge was on the same milk, and was urgently asked to replace her dish so that it was definitely high-quality and tasty.
This is a service!
My respect to the staff and management for the organization. I will be in Mogilev again, I will definitely come for breakfast again.

For so many years, nothing has changed, one coffee machine, one barista and the remaining staff fuss stupidly. I think for such a coffee shop it's a capital how off-the-shelf! Ever-waiting customers in the fae and on the street! The case when you ran in to take coffee with you, but you wait for it for 20 minutes!!! And in general, I can't say that coffee is special.

Mir 23 is the BEST COFFEE SHOP in Mogilev! It has the most delicious coffee in the city. The author's drinks are unique. Desserts-you can swallow your tongue. And they are updated periodically. The staff are always great. I recommend it to all lovers of high-quality coffee!

There has always been delicious coffee with alternative milk without sugar from byte, but for some reason we decided to switch to the cheapest alternative milk with sugar from al pro and not milk.
And if I'm allergic and I can't have Sugar, what should I drink now?
I offered the barista my milk in an airtight almond package without sugar, which they refused to do. The question is why? Everywhere in any coffee shop they do if they are not satisfied with the assortment of the coffee shop and make concessions. But there was a refusal, we are not supposed to. Let's start with a good one)
The coffee shop welcomes visitors with a pleasant bright atmosphere. The interior is made in an almost white tone and is located, it is cozy here. The tables and chairs here look simple, but believe me, they are not cheap furniture and certainly not a welded profile in the garage) I.e. the furniture is good, although high tables with chairs may not seem practical. The staff is very helpful! Thanks to them for that. Try tartlets, just delicious, except for lemon (you don't need to take it), take berries.
Cappuccino coffee. I do not know why this institution is accepted, by whom it is accepted.. why is it accepted.. consider it the best coffee shop in the city? But... Throw tomatoes, heather me, my opinion is cappuccino with mustard, such a coffee. And, most importantly! It is served with water, and this is important! If the coffee was eaten without it, then after going to the coffee shop you would have to run around looking for water, because the coffee was clearly bitter. Mo is very 4, but that's all IMHO.
I don't want to hurt the feelings of the ardent fans of this institution.
Yes, takeaway coffee, it's a good price.
If you want to sit with sweets, it may come out at a price tag and not cheap.
