Everything is fine in this cinema. It is located in the city center. Two steps from the subway. There are many parking spaces nearby. The halls are quite comfortable. Popcorn and snacks of all kinds at a reasonable price. Only the staff is feisty :)
Convenient location, excellent sound and movie quality, but the seats are a little uncomfortable in the first hall if the movie is more than an hour and a half, it does not feel very comfortable.I advise you to come, have a nice viewing
Everything is fine, but if they didn't let you into the cinema with your own food, it would be just great, otherwise you watch a movie like that and someone munches, rustles chips. Damn, if you want to eat, well, stay at home and not like this, I come to the cinema to enjoy a movie and not listen to all this. Have respect for each other. This is very annoying. Or with phones I put on speakerphone and talk is this normal?.
And in general, the cinema is good, the staff is friendly
I was in the second room and fully recommend it: comfortable, warm, cozy. There's plenty of room for everyone. Good quality of the picture player + atmospheric sound. I recommend it!
There is a similar cinema "Mir" in the city of Vitebsk. the hall and the building itself are one in one . It feels like I 've come to my own city ... Everything is fine, but not without a BUT!!!! EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS . I don't understand what the need was, but the seats are very forward-leaning. Everything else is fine ...
Not bad, but like everywhere else, there are big margins on food. Ps The best rows are 5-6-7, in places 7-8-9, although this is subjective, of course, but here, for example, in the second hall, if you sit further than the 7th row, then somehow not very much.. you can hear it well, yes, it feels like the speakers were working only next to the screen and the normal atmosphere was only there =-=
In general, the cinema is like most of the others in Minsk and probably the Republic of Belarus. There is no wardrobe. Very uncomfortable chairs. One ticket printing machine and terrible sanitary facilities (dirty and not pleasant) . Video is more or less, you can listen to the sound in general, but it does not cause a wow effect.
Positive:
-2 halls;
- there are always places on premiere days;
-tickets are relatively inexpensive;
-close to metro and tram tracks.
Minuses:
- the seats are quite old;
-if you are taller than 175 cm, you can hit your forehead on the bricks above the cash register window;
-the toilets are ancient and shabby, with "point" type seats that have rusted so much that it is pointless to wash them, because it is indistinguishable by color whether there is fecal matter or rust;
-weak infrastructure nearby, namely hundreds of coffee shops, several cafes and bars of the average price category, the worst tavern in the city, but within a radius of three hundred meters there is not a single normal store to buy something to crunch for a movie, or any fast food establishments from large chains.
The cinema of my youth, nostalgia... Therefore, the score is high. The location is convenient, there is a cafe, the prices are cheap, the halls are comfortable... The toilet is generally a quest!
In the Mir cinema, women's toilets are in terrible condition: my 9-year-old granddaughter (after the session) tearfully refused to enter any booth. I begged her for 5 minutes. We wanted to walk around the city, but for this reason we had to go home urgently. And this is in the city center, in our capital. Shame on you!!!!
