Buses have very high handrails, it is not possible to reach, it is not convenient to hold on to the straps, you dangle with great tension "like a sausage", at the moment of emergency braking, many people are injured even during normal braking, a woman broke her arm in front of my eyes from a slight push, passengers who only kept on their feet got a lot of bruises, because no one can reach the handrails, the vertical handrails are overloaded with people, it is difficult to move around the cabin. There are few storage sites and this is just problem number 1, it takes a very long time to board and disembark. Electric buses are not the most comfortable, they are very narrow, and there is no air conditioning. The one who sets the standards for public transport does not ride the bus.

We were traveling from Belarus to Poland on December 26 at 22:00. The carrier is a branch of Bus Park No. 5 of the State Enterprise Minsktrans. Even at the very beginning of the journey from Minsk, it was clear that the bus was not heated, it was very cold inside, but we went anyway. And we would have gotten to Poland on it if the passengers hadn't started to get indignant: one of them (and there were only 8 of us) had a child, and he started coughing because he was frozen. And only then did the drivers decide that something had to be done. Already at the border, we are informed that the stove has broken (come on!) and we will be taken to Brest railway station to wait for the next flight, and then they will pick us up. Not only could we get sick on that icy bus, we waited 2.5 hours for the next flight, and we could have been asleep at that time (we waited from 2:30 a.m. to 5 a.m.). And by the way, as far as I remember, the flight that picked us up was cheaper (but I'm not claiming), since his departure was not in the evening (like ours), but at night. Naturally, no one reimbursed us for this difference and, as usual, no one even apologized for the situation. Wow! P.S. Buses are inconvenient, it's better to go with another company (it will be much cheaper there). We got back with Ecolines, the price difference for one is 60 rubles in favor of the second. So also the buses are more modern

Having a ticket is not a guarantee that you will go. My husband and I came to board the Minsk - Warsaw flight (and my husband was standing with suitcases in the distance) and it suddenly seemed to the driver that my husband was drunk and he offered to give him 100 euros to go. My husband came over and we were outraged by the driver's ideas, refused to pay a bribe, and we were refused seats. The bus left and there was no one to solve the problem with, there was no one to prove it. We bought tickets with cash from the driver and took the next bus. Standing at the border, we realized that drivers are just making a lot of money, all the available seats on buses are being sold. They decide who to take and who not to take, they are the masters of the situation. It makes no sense to buy tickets - then they won't earn from you, you need to pay them in your pocket.
