It's a good station. It's always clean. The staff is friendly. You can purchase tickets at the ticket office or at the self-service terminal. Trains run quite often. It is possible to get to the railway station faster than by any bus

This station is always clean. You can buy a ticket either from an employee or independently through the terminal. A good solution is to use the train to get to the station for this area rather than transport (bus, trolleybus) very quickly, and most importantly, instead of 90 kopecks, only 38 kopecks. It is "very difficult" to get confused in platforms in order to go the wrong way :)

After the passage of 30 years, I got to this station the other day...I searched for the ticket office for half an hour, while on the way I was interested in its location from the employee cleaning the station, he said that he was from Minsk passage and did not know where the ticket office was, advised me to go into a brick building in the middle of the station, going there I found myself in a store...There was nothing left to do but get to the yellow, not the building, and I don't know what to call this structure...the pavilion...and this turned out to be a train station with a room of 3 m by 3 m. And one cash register , closed for a break. There was a woman sitting inside, also a passenger, who, like me, described the search for this station) and, plus, the toilet, which she was looking for by the arrows indicated in the passage. In general, I really didn't like it.

The terrible toilet at the station looks like it got into a horror movie or a quest "how not to get your jeans dirty." You go into the bathroom, there are no identifying marks where male, where female, and it's very dirty... There is not even hot water...

A good station, always clean. The employees are friendly. There is a store. The location is convenient for the new and old neighborhood. Renovated. The exit to the platforms is underground. Buses 100 and 55 run to different areas of the city.

As the station is not bad! There is a shop nearby, relatively not far from the bus stop where the bus runs until 19.00, if you go from Mayakovsky to Yuzhny you will have to stomp for at least 10 minutes!

On July 26, 2022, before the train at 10.15 a.m. at the ticket office at the Minsk-Yuzhny station, the cashier gathered a queue of more than 10 people. Of the potential three places where tickets could be sold, one worked. And how? - slowly and sadly. The ticket sales terminal was not working. When the cashier was asked to turn on or restart the terminal, the answer was "I can't." And to the advice to call someone who knows how, the answer was "Do not interfere with work." There was no redistribution of indignation. And I arrived at the station in 15 minutes, but someone probably didn't have time to catch the train... I suggest working more rationally so that at least 2 out of 3 ticket sales locations work, and immediately call professionals when the terminal fails. And also learn how to reboot it elementary.
