I spared no time for the road and money for gasoline and went back to them. Just like two years ago, everything is on the level. To the head of Eugene, a separate respect, as a regular customer, I received a bonus in the form of a polished panel, a trifle, but it's nice. I want to share my experience and emotions after contacting this organization.
I found traces of moisture on the ceiling in the area of the rear pillars after heavy rains. I went to the service - they said that the adhesive seam has tears (although I did not see it) and sentenced me to re-glue the rear window.

I signed up to replace the windshield on an Audi Q5.Several options were offered, and the Chinese manufacturer Fuyao was chosen for price and quality...the replacement lasted 1 hour, 20 minutes...there is a waiting room with a TV and Wi-Fi (this is important)After installation, they consulted on the operation for the first three days after replacement, and issued a warranty card...I will recommend it, thank you for your professionalism!!!
