The taxi driver who drove us from Bukhara railway station to the hotel was confused for a long time about how to get us to the hotel, so before returning home we decided to order a taxi to the airport through the hotel reception so that there would be no surprises before departure. They asked us to order a taxi for us at 5 a.m.
However, in the morning, when we arrived at the reception, we asked if the car had been ordered and when it would be, and we were greeted by the sleepy, surprised eyes of the receptionist, who began frantically ordering a taxi through the app, informing us that a taxi would not be able to reach the hotel at such an early hour because the road was closed. We were not informed about the closed road the night before. As a result, we walked with a suitcase to the road (7 minutes) and hailed a taxi with a wave of our hand and went to the airport. Uncritical, of course, but unpleasant.
