I called the 115 service and an application was submitted 4 times. The neighbors on top have an old riser that leaked. Housing and communal services No. 16 in Vitebsk had no reaction to applications from plumbers or foremen. The master cannot be reached. She is never in the workplace. I called constantly for eight working hours and for 3 weeks!!! I got through once, but since it was the end of the working day, she said, "Why didn't you call earlier, I would have sent someone" and that was it. There were no plumbers for another week. During this time, I called the regional executive committee hotline twice, in the first case they gave the phone numbers of non-existing bosses, on the second call they said that they did not know anything and gave the number where to file a complaint. Why are these people sitting on the hotline and getting paid? They filed a complaint, they said they would definitely hand it over, called the boss's reception, the secretary wrote it down and said she would definitely hand it over to the boss when he appeared, apparently he also does not like to be in the workplace. Then the plumbers appeared and then walked past the house and I forced them to come in, they found the problem in a couple of minutes and said they would give it to the master and that was silence again for a week. For 53 years, we have been regularly paying the state all payments for major repairs, taxes and so on. But when people need help from the state, there is no help! For all these payments, it was possible to buy a couple of apartments, but the state now does not have a couple of rubles for a pipe. I have a suggestion. plumbers are paid a salary upon completion of work, not a salary. The same goes for the masters and all the bosses. who like to receive salaries from our pockets , but do not like to work. I will write and call the president's hotline. Maybe if neither plumbers, nor foremen, nor housing and communal services bosses, nor ministers can do their job, let the head of state personally come and replace the riser. To date, three walls are soaked through with excrement, the wallpaper has fallen off, the floor is soaked, there is a stench. And there is an elderly woman in the apartment after two strokes. Just a cry of the soul from the indifference and incompetence of the people holding all these positions!

Please tell me why the chairman of the cooperative has to take the exam in Minsk, in housing and communal services. He has 3 trash cans, a janitor, a plumber and an accountant. The questions are as if he claims to be a minister. Why do appointed school principals, head doctors, mayors, governors not take the exam in Minsk? The chairman studies for his own money, goes there and does not pass.Very difficult questions. Why is this done?Maybe so that he would not pass the exam and we would go to the housing department, where they could not restore order?

Maybe it's time to remove the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, since their subordinates are not doing anything.
