In June 2021, I applied to the Department of Compulsory Enforcement of the Pervomaisky district of Minsk and provided two writ of execution. When accepting documents, the department staff was pleased to assist me in filling out the documents and explained in detail the entire debt collection procedure. By a court decision, the debtor was obliged to repay the debt. But he did not want to part with the money voluntarily, claiming that the bailiffs would not get anything out of him. Let's just say it's a very difficult case. The debtor evaded the refund in every possible way. The difficulty was that the debtor did not officially work, he did not have any property suitable for arrest and sale, except for a car. The debtor was hiding in another country, initiated a carjacking, i.e. there was no property for arrest at all. "The answer was the same — there is no money, I am insolvent!" Probably it would have ended there, but, as they say, there is no silver lining! It would seem that the case could be closed and put a bold dot. But...... It became known quite by chance that the debtor is in Minsk and is traveling in a car that was reported stolen. Employees of the Department of Enforcement of the Pervomaisky district of Minsk promptly and on time carried out all necessary enforcement actions. I still can't believe... how in a short time the entire amount of debt was recovered from the defendant, who categorically refused to repay the debt in personal conversations with me. This became possible as a result of the conscientious performance of their official duties by employees of the Department of Enforcement of the Pervomaisky district of Minsk, thanks to your principled attitude to your work, deep knowledge of the regulatory framework, professionalism and high moral principles. All the time that the enforcement proceedings lasted, you kept me informed of what was happening, were attentive to my calls and requests, were friendly and polite in conversation. In your work, you work closely with citizens - both with debtors and with recoverers. And if the former do not always treat the bailiffs kindly, since they do not want to pay debts voluntarily, the latter are often grateful for the work done. After all, it was thanks to you that the claimants were able to receive the funds they were entitled to . I want to say that such employees as Andrey Mikhailovich Kamushkin, Albert Ayladinovich Hasanov, Tatyana Vyacheslavovna Demidova inspire faith and hope in the work of your service, they really work for people, faithfully fulfilling their duties.
