This is my first time in Abasia and I have very pleasant feelings. The villa is comfortable, equipped, everything is thought out to the smallest detail and I was very warmly welcomed. I have experience of staying in hotels of various levels, and here I appreciated the hospitality and sincerity. Maria, thank you for taking care of me and paying attention, it's very valuable. I've lived an amazing 3 days in this beautiful place, filled up and enjoyed the atmosphere, the birdsong, and I realize that I'm already planning to return. 🫂🫂🫂

We stayed in a mini villa in April, 2 adults and a child of 7 years old. We were greeted by the hospitable owner Maria. There are two loft-style villas on the territory. Which makes it possible to accommodate up to 8 people. And each one comes with sun beds, which are just a must-have for summer!
Everything inside is very stylish, new and beautiful. Furniture, kitchen, Underfloor heating, TV, air conditioning, double bed, comfortable sofa bed, wardrobe, table, bathrobes, slippers, ironing board and iron.
There is everything you need for cooking. Hob, refrigerator, sink, dishes, cleaning supplies. And what a beautiful outdoor terrace! A large slab table surrounded by trees, we really enjoyed having breakfast there, the weather allowed it)) There is even a barbecue where you can roast meat, vegetables or fish.
The shower has a hairdryer, fragrant shower gel, shampoo, soap and, not least, toothbrushes, and not all hotels have them. You can immediately see how Maria cares about her guests.
There is a market nearby. We walked to the sea in 12 minutes. The embankment is 15 minutes away. It is also not unimportant that you can visit the villa with small pets.
If you are planning accommodation in Sukhum, I heartily recommend a mini-villa!

We were in Abkhazia and Sukhum for the first time, but this minivan is love forever! It's clean, cozy, everything is nearby, it's a pleasure to walk to the sea on foot! And Mistress Maria is a separate song!😍 A person who becomes so warm and dear from the very first minutes of communication 🥰 I will never forget my birthday in Sukhum and I will definitely come back again!

A great place for a relaxing and relaxing holiday. The territory is clean, well-groomed, beautifully illuminated in the evening. There are many shops and a market nearby. Separately, I would like to say thank you to the hostess Maria, and her husband, Beslan. To any question about recreation, places, etc., they always gave a detailed answer. They were very hospitable and sociable, they always asked if they needed something, etc. And of course, at the very heart, it's Lulu and her whole company, they perfectly complemented the rest)) We rested for 2.5 weeks and did not want to leave, we even thought to extend it a little, but the reservation is tight. The impressions were only good and warm, from this place, recreation and the sea. Thanks!

This place is a real oasis of tranquility and comfort in the heart of Abkhazia. Loft-style mini-houses with modern furnishings and all amenities create a feeling of comfort and home warmth. The courtyard, designed in the same style with evening lighting, is especially impressive. It feels like you're in a fairy-tale corner where time seems to freeze.
But the main asset is, of course, its hospitable hosts. They surround their guests with care and attention, creating a truly homely atmosphere. A pleasant bonus is their charming pets - two cats and two dogs, who are happy to receive guests and enjoy playing with children.
This is the perfect place to relax body and soul!

A great place for a relaxing holiday. The territory is clean, very green. The recreation area in the garden is beautifully decorated, very cozy. The villa itself is small, cozy, everything is done perfectly. Nearby there are shops, a market, pharmacies. The sea is not far away, there are many different beaches. We had a family vacation (2 adults and 3 children) in this beautiful villa, which is located in Abkhazia, Sukhum, ul.Chachba 137 from July 24 to 29.The villa is modern, new in loft style, cozy and comfortable.All the necessary amenities were available, I am very fastidious about cleanliness and was pleasantly surprised About the hospitality - this is a separate love for Maria and Beslan.They are very sensitive to all questions, they will tell you everything, they will tell you everything in general. Now the most interesting thing is if you are by car, 1-2 minutes to the beach, and if on foot then 5-7 minutes, 3 minutes to the market, as well as a Turkish sweet shop and a regular supermarket nearby.
I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to visit this wonderful villa 🤗🥰

Cool stylish villa! A house that you definitely want to return to. The interiors are like pinterest, the territory is a separate love. It is very comfortable to sit at a large wooden table with a glass of wine in the evening by the light of lanterns.

This is the best place to stay!!
we have been to many places, but there was no such attention to detail anywhere!
The cabins have everything you need from air conditioning to a passageway.
