An excellent hotel in the vicinity of the airport with a beautiful territory and a cozy atmosphere.
We lived for one night, we were hospitably welcomed! There is a lot of greenery on the territory, which gives an atmosphere of comfort and being in nature.
We stayed in room 7, there is everything you need and a terrace! The beds are comfortable, there is no noise in the morning, you can sleep at least until lunch. Through booking, breakfast is included in the price, a large selection of natural and healthy goodies
The staff mostly speaks English.

A good inexpensive hotel in the wrong place. The village is terrible - dirty, ugly, there is no infrastructure.
The hotel is fresh, with good furniture and plumbing. The rooms are spacious, all located on the ground floor and have small terraces. There are bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer and soap and soap accessories. If you can choose, take rooms 7-10, because on the other side there is a stage where live music is possible on weekends (we were on weekdays). Also, there is no green fence on the other side between the terraces, i.e. nothing will separate you from the neighbors. Personally, we didn't have enough chairs on the terrace - if there were, it would be just perfect. The cleaning is good, but not regular - we only lived for 2 nights, so it wasn't critical.
The impression was spoiled by the restaurant, or rather by a stupid waiter who speaks neither English nor Russian and confuses everything, forgets about the dishes or incorrectly gives change. The second waiter (unfortunately, we didn't find out his name) is a big smart guy!
The sea is a 10-minute walk away. Upon check-in, the hotel issues bracelets for which you get a discount on Raj Beach.

We had a rest with a loved one in the guest house from September 19-25, we liked everything very much, the breakfasts are rhombic, the relationship is great, next year we will definitely come in August.
