We rested here in May 2024 - a great place for relaxation, calm and comfortable rest!
Each room has its own washbasin, shower, heating tank (hot water is available around the clock!)
Taking into account possible cool nights, electric heaters are installed both in the living room and in the shower! The beds are large, there is a second tier (convenient for both two and 4 people), a kitchen with a gas stove and an electric oven, a separate dining room with large tables, a sofa and a TV.
Very well maintained yard (thuja, palm trees, rose bushes, etc.)
12 minutes leisurely walk to the sea. There is a shop on the way. The shore is a mixture of very large and very small (almost sand) pebbles.

I have vacationed there with my children 3 times in the last 6 years.
A secluded, cozy, peaceful guest house.
The hostess is caring, you can also order lunch, in addition to breakfast / dinner. Nearby there is a village store where there is everything you need.
It takes 20 minutes to walk to the cafe and the center of the village with the benefits of civilization (ATM, pharmacies, etc.) or take a local taxi (taxi Abkhazia application).
It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the sea slowly.
The silence of the Ranch is remembered for a long time and is addictive)) I'm taking a break here from the metropolis with my soul.
The rooms are comfortable: with air conditioning, hot water and shower in the room.

Spacious territory, clean, chickens and goats, clean rooms, heaters + air conditioning in the off-season. Shared kitchen + dining room. The hostess Natasha is responsive, helps to solve all issues. In addition to the beds, there is a table + 2 armchairs in the room and there is also a table + 2 armchairs near the room on the terrace.
