We had a rest from August 15th to 25th! Elena, Dmitry, Elena's mother, thank you very much for the rest! Clean rooms, caring hosts, well-groomed territory, where there is a place for children to play, relax and Park. It's 5 minutes to the sea, but the plus is that you can buy everything you need along the way. If you walk along the beach towards Gagra, you can generally relax on an empty beach). Everything is at the highest level! We will definitely come back to you!)

Hospitable hosts. An enclosed courtyard with a lawn, a swimming pool for children, and a barbecue area. There are conditions for cooking. There are 7 rooms in total. The rooms have a bathroom with a shower cabin. Air conditioning in the room. We rested in this guest house for the third time.

I didn't like it. Maybe this is not the worst option for Abkhazia, but I evaluate places according to the principle - I want / do not want to return. I don't want to. Outwardly, everything is very good.Minimalism, but everything is basic. Good mattresses. Entertainment (albeit shabby) for children - a slide, a broken swing, a trampoline, a mini pool. There is enough space for cars inside the courtyard, and you can put a fence around it.A good, fairly spacious beach (but like almost everywhere in Abkhazia, it is not convenient to enter, the stones). Not near the road itself, although there is less noise from this, BUT! Cons: the audibility in the rooms is wild. If you are very irritable and cannot stand the screams of even your child, not to mention strangers, or you have a very noisy child and you are very sensitive to the discontent of neighbors, then this place is definitely not for you. I did not like the village of Alakhadzy itself, nor the location in the village. It seems that the sea is not far away, but still stomping to it with a child in the heat is so-so, especially since you constantly have to shy away from cars. The hotel is also far from the highway itself. There are many cafes/canteens. In the evening, the only entertainment is trampolines.

I wrote a kilometer review, everything was reset... in general, the place is good if you go there in a good mood and without a claim to five stars. the owners are adequate, the atmosphere is homely, the rooms are clean and fresh.

A wonderful place , quiet and peaceful, all the amenities for recreation are available.With children, the most important thing is not far from the barbecue cafe , canteen shops , the beach is not very far from about 10 minutes of a leisurely walk .Recommend.

Pleasant atmosphere and hosts. It's all clear. There is a shared kitchen with a microwave oven, gas stove, iron, electric kettle, refrigerators and all necessary utensils. The rooms are clean, there is a refrigerator and a TV with YouTube. Parking spaces. A playground, a swimming pool and a trampoline (the children did not get off it). A place for a barbecue with a table. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea. Shops, canteens, pharmacy are all within walking distance. We were in early September. We and the children liked everything.

How we like to relax in this place, since 2019 we have been going only to the Mia guest house. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and cozy. Everything on the territory is thought out for children. There is also everything for cooking. Everything is done for the guests, so that the rest would be set and unforgettable!

My family and I had a vacation in August 2019 at the Mia Guest House. We really liked it. The place is good. The rooms are large, new furniture, refrigerator, air conditioning and very clean. There is a playground for children, a mongol with a separate gazebo. There is also a kitchen where you can cook. The kitchen has a gas stove, kettle, microwave, two large refrigerators and separate lockers for storing food. There is also a washing machine there.
The sea is a 5-minute walk away. The beach is sandy and pebbly. There are shops and beach goods along the street. The hosts are great. They will always tell you everything. Thank you very much
To Dima and Elena for a great vacation. We plan to come in the summer. The owner has excellent chacha and wine.

WE HAD A VACATION IN SEPTEMBER WITH THE KIDS. I liked everything very much, the rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen is large, there is everything for cooking. To the sea 5 minutes on foot, the ox in the sea is transparent, nature is generally a fire. Thanks to the hosts for the warm welcome.

Very good owners of this living room house. This is a mini recreation center. Dima is a very honest and decent owner. (a real hospitable Abkhazian) 100% Next year only to them. Clean rooms, clean beds, there is everything for relaxation. If you are with children, then there is no better place at all! The territory is completely closed. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. In the evening, it is quiet and peaceful here. but if you want a holiday, you can go ashore. there are cafes with music and dancing!!! In general, they have a buzz!!!
I recommend 100%.
