We had a rest in August 2024.
The rooms are clean, the linen is always clean and ironed.

The sea is 10 minutes away by car. There is a large market, shops and cafes nearby.
A cozy place away from the hustle and bustle and people, of whom there are a lot in the center during the season.

The place is 3, the conditions are stretched to 3. You can walk back and forth to the sea. If it's real, then walk with a calm gait for 35 minutes. But we rested here with a rental car and liked that there were few people, calmly. But it turned out not to be like that!The "redneck" compatriots arrived and "got along" with the hotel staff, began to eat to a "piggy squeal". To all the comments, it was said that this is how it should be! This is Abkhazia! The staff is in the same condition, it was confirmed. If you don't like it, go ahead. I had to contact the owners of the hotel. But they also said that all the guests are important to them! Super answer.
Accordingly, there is no scope for what is allowed. Therefore, the last plus of the already abandoned and dirty-crumbling hotel is gone. I do not advise you to come here, there are other decent options around. But if you yourself are not a fan of drinking, walking and doing devils without paying attention to others, then you are here, the staff will support you! And he'll have a drink with you!
But there is an opportunity to be within the framework of the guests and everyone to be, as the owners said, important to them, it's a pity you can't put no stars at all, until you deserve one!!!

A wonderful guest house for those who like to live in the closest possible place to nature, in a quiet place, in the freshest possible air! 15-20 minutes walk from the house to the beach. There is a lot of space in the yard to dry things in the hot sun. Large summer kitchen with refrigerators, stoves, sinks. There are a lot of dishes for cooking and eating, there is enough for everyone. The water in the taps is drinking, spring water. A warm atmosphere.And the hostess, just a bomb❤❤ Sabina met us with khachapuri and wine And in general, she is a very sincere and hospitable person. We parted with tears. I recommend this hotel 👍
