We rested there in August 2021. There are only three advantages: 1. This is the proximity of the sea (just behind the gate is the beach). 2. This is a canteen on the territory of the guest house, it is delicious and the prices are acceptable. 3. The store is also on site. Everything else is TERRIBLE!!! We had a family suite-a kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, table, chairs and table lamp))), a bathroom (toilet, sink and shower head, which is not attached to anything, but just lies in the sink. After taking a shower, there is water everywhere. The door wouldn't close tightly. therefore, all the water flowed into the kitchen (I tried to wash the floors in this "suite"), and yes, before taking a shower, do not forget to remove toilet paper from there, otherwise it will also be wet), two bedrooms (one bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioner. In the second bedroom there is a terrible sofa with broken legs, a wardrobe, a TV, a wardrobe and a table). At night, the lights were turned off, respectively, the air conditioner did not work, and the heat was terrible (but the hostess said that they turn off the whole of Abkhazia), the smell in the room was not pleasant. Everything is hung in the yard to dry, it's good if there is a place to hang it. The photos do not correspond to reality. The service is at zero! I do not recommend it!!!!

I stayed at this hotel in July 2021. The pictures and descriptions on the sites do not quite match reality. You feel like you're in a bunker in the room, because there are windows- but one that overlooks the sea is high and tiny, and a large window overlooking the corridor where guests walk and look in, so it is constantly closed with blinds. It turns out that the room is without a window all day! The shower is located in the toilet room, without any curtains, so the water pours both on the sink and on the toilet, and partially pours into the room beyond the threshold. I had to constantly wipe the floor after each shower so that there was no smell of dampness and humidity in the room and in the toilet room. Moreover, the smell of sewage was constantly felt. Then the shower head broke down altogether, the water leaked directly from the hose, but no one fixed the hose, although she constantly asked. In the hotel, only toilet paper is present in the bathroom, take everything else with you. There is no closet with hangers for clothes, only shelves. It was very inconvenient to hang clothes on the walls. There is constantly not enough space on the rope that is hung outside to dry clothes, since in addition to vacationers' things, there is also something that is washed by the hotel. I had to look for places to dry inside the corridors. Pillows are a separate topic! These are not pillows at all!!! It is not known what they are stuffed with, but what is in them is very small and in pieces, so the feeling that there is a pillow or not is unclear., it was just for show. The light was constantly turned off during the day, and at night it was not there at all until the morning, so every morning began with washing the refrigerator, which melted overnight. There is no hot water, it is heated by water heaters in the rooms, due to frequent power outages, the water goes in spurts, its temperature is constantly changing: sometimes cold, sometimes hot. I was pleased with the food. It's delicious, there's not a lot of variety, but every day you can choose something delicious. I took it with breakfast included. And I didn't regret it. Since it was possible to take several dishes for breakfast and plus coffee from the coffee machine. Apart from the kettle, there are no dishes in the room. Although there is a kitchen, which also does not have these dishes. There is also no microwave, which would not interfere with those who cooked at the hotel themselves. On the beach, sun beds and canopies are paid. Take a beach umbrella with you, if you don't pay for sun beds, it won't hurt, because it was quite hot, and at times I wanted to hide in the shade on the beach. The store at the hotel is expensive, it is better to buy products from the shops of the village, and fruits and vegetables at the market near the border, fortunately, all this is not far away. Mosquitoes are present. Therefore, a fumigator with plates will not be superfluous. There are a lot of cats in the hotel. At night, the cats were not allowed to sleep, who screamed in a wild voice.

The place is not suitable for recreation, and the owner is a boor. We ordered a suite for the honeymoon, as a result - the room does not match the photos, shabby furniture, broken switches, dirt on the beds, boarded up windows covered with blinds. Sea view- a view of the dirty socks of the neighbors. The kitchen is completely unsanitary.And besides, the host, who said that he didn't care about the guests and that it was our own fault that we fell for the photo on the booking service. We were booked in advance, but at the designated time of arrival our room was busy and we were asked to wait. While they were waiting, they realized that this was a kashatnik in the literal sense of cats, they counted a lot of eight pieces in the dining room and not pleasant smells . They did not return the money for the brn, they did not rest here.
