It's a wonderful place. In the warmer months, there are many colors. Its own large Parking lot, its own boiler room. A neat outdoor recreation area behind the house is a lawn for football, deck chairs, and a trampoline. And what kind of tui :) Large covered veranda. There is a banquet hall with a TV and a home cinema. Each room has a bathroom.On the ground floor there is a children's corner and a cozy kitchen with everything you need. Friendly hosts. I am very happy, 5 out of 5. Prosperity and more customers!

The best guest house, we stayed there on 05/06/25 . Perfect cleanliness, everything is very beautifully decorated and thought out, down to the smallest detail and color combinations. It is clear that everything is with love. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is large and comfortable, everything is there. A comfortable kitchen (tea , coffee , sweets for guests), a large, elegant living room with a home cinema , an open veranda at the back , a swing , a gazebo , a barbecue , a well-maintained plot , you can even play mini football. There is a children's area in the house. Pleasant smell It is very cozy and homely, the friendly and welcoming host of the house. We sincerely thank you for such a comfortable stay The photos correspond to the ones presented.

We stayed at the hotel with our family in May 2025. The hotel is super The photos match. Everything is very clean, cozy, and feels like visiting friends. The hosts are very hospitable and friendly, they even checked in late at night. There is everything you need for living: a towel, soap accessories, a hairdryer, even tea, coffee, sweets in the shared kitchen. There are places for cars in the courtyard. For recreation with young children, everything is also organized: on the ground floor there is a mini-hill with toys, a swing, a trampoline, and a mini football field in the courtyard. Many thanks to Vitaly and Svetlana for a great holiday. We definitely recommend it. There are really no disadvantages!!!
