A great place for a family vacation.
There are no party areas nearby, so it's quiet in the evenings.
The sea is 150 meters away.
There is a pebble beach, standard entertainment (sap, banana, boat trips), sun loungers a little further away.
Near the White Cliffs beach, it never reached, but some kind of famous one.
The dining room with excellent food in the hotel, the breakfasts are hearty and delicious.
You can book excursions from the hotel, prices are like everywhere else, I recommend the Ritsa Lake, this place is magical, and the road to it will be impressive.
There is a transfer from the airport or railway station.
The rooms are cozy with sea views.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2024 for 10 days with our family.
Of the advantages:
Beautiful clean room
Friendly and helpful junior staff
Good breakfasts
Proximity to the sea
Of the cons:
Non-client-oriented administration. We were rudely obliged to pay for the repair of a broken balcony door handle, which was not broken by us. And during our entire vacation, it was never repaired.
Be careful when checking in, check everything for integrity.
The wifi worked disgustingly
Parking is very small for so many rooms.
The gate was unexpectedly closed at 22.00. After that, you can only enter the territory through the gate, and let the car stand on the street. We traveled by car, and planned to visit different cities every day, and such a time frame, to put it mildly, limited us very much.
And more. This does not apply to this hotel, but I think it is important to note. Repair work is underway at the exit from the village towards Gagra. Reverse movement is installed, and there are traffic jams. Plan your time with a margin

It is a pity that we chose this hotel based on reviews in VK, and not in Yandex. The reviews here are mostly true. We do not advise anyone to rest here. For the sake of the sea view, that's all, it's not worth coming. We spent our vacation in two hotels, the first was Amshin, the second part was spent in Arlen.. Which they regretted a few minutes after checking in. The receptionist was not in the mood, to put it mildly. I didn't pay much attention, but still. The next day after checking in, my husband, my child and I felt unwell, it was tolerable for half a day... Then, until the very departure, they almost did not leave the room - the strongest rotovirus.. The child was so weak that he could not stand up on his own, could not hold a glass.... And my husband and I barely survived...The consequences were felt a month later.. The food in the dining room is very expensive! It is unjustifiably overpriced, everything is not appetizing. There is nothing to do on the territory of the hotel, neither adults nor children. The Internet worked only on the terrace and then intermittently. There is a very strong noise, on the one hand the highway, on the other the noise of the sea. And together it's a crazy buzz. The sound insulation is at zero, you can hear what the neighbors were not talking loudly about. The furniture is old. The refrigerator turned off by itself, turning on the TV was another quest. The bed creaked violently, and the front door creaked even more. The furniture is old. The mattress should have been changed long ago, the springs were sticking out in some places. You need to go downhill to the sea from the very threshold of the hotel, your knees are out of the chat... It's a steep climb back. There is a dump near the beach, a lot of garbage, bottles and bags.
It is located on the outskirts of the village, if by car, it's not scary, but I didn't really have the strength to go anywhere on foot.
I don't know why we came. We paid money to lie dying of wild pain with rotovirus, while not even going to the breakfasts we paid for. We left a day earlier...
the first five days at another hotel were just a fairy tale!!! They wanted to celebrate my birthday with a view of the sea, as a result, tears are still in my eyes, it's a shame for the time spent, nerves, strength and money ...
Never again, even for free, will we go to this hotel!!!!! They know how to keep a page in social networks correctly, so people are being led, they are going.........
