It's just a horror, not an approach to your customers!!!!The staff called and said that on such and such a date, at such a time, the master would arrive and take the meter (I have a small round one) for verification, he made sure to note that he needed a small round one and at the same time change the gas hose.And so, after waiting for the master for half a day (after taking time off from his job) I'm waiting for the master.The master arrived at the right time, goes into the kitchen and says that he has only large rectangular counters left, which does not fit anywhere, so they will not change anything, and there is no point in changing the hose because of this!!! According to the master, he ran out of small counters on the 5th clientAnd I was after 10 clients!!!! What should I do??? Can't I call and warn you that the counters are over ??? I wasted my time by taking a day off from work! Therefore, the attitude towards the client is disgusting!!!!
