All the guarantees that are so detailed are NOT voluntarily VALID! Carefully read the "rules" of this company. Ultimately, the customer is to blame for everything! Personally, I went this way of "copper pipes" in order to recover the losses incurred by me due to the incompetence of the employees of this company!!! At the same time, the management of this company dodged in every possible way and tried to distort the irrefutable facts. Yes, I had to go to the Consumer Society and the Court. There is no other way to find a compromise with this company!
