Very weak by 3*
Rather 2*
It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to Wolf Street in a straight line, on the way 7/11, a lot of massages and fruits, 50 meters from the hotel there is an evening market with ready-made cheap food, where locals feed-so I recommend it.
Breakfast is AS meager as possible and consists of 90% Indian cuisine. I was lucky, because I love this cuisine: spices and most importantly pepper, and there is plenty of it in these dishes. I don't know what my compatriots ate for breakfast. Rice, probably, and bread with coffee, (there's really nothing else. Haha) and only pineapple and watermelon are made of fruits.
The whole room is dirty, no one washed the sink at all, the mirror was not wiped, my hair was in the shower drain as it lay from the 1st day and lived there all week, no one cleaned the toilet for my check-in, because it is visible to the naked eye, the benefit of the bed is solid without bedsores- for me, the only important thing is, I an unscrupulous person, but!
Towels do not seem to be washed, they are not white, but gray and with obvious stains, just because they smelled of powder - I believed that they were washed, well, but they were changed as expected every day, soap, shampoo and shower gel were put on every day In the bathroom is a plus. There is no special towel for the beach either - I took it from the room when I went to KoLan Island. There is no hair dryer, no bottle opener (beer), no slippers, no bathrobe. BUT THERE IS A DEPOSIT of 1000 baht.(when you check in, they give you a piece of paper that confirms your contribution - do not lose, you will not return your Thai mower to the ATO). By the way, the staff speaks English well, it sucks, they don't even understand the numerals when I called the numbers of the room key 🙈
On the plus side, the refrigerator at least cooled what you put in it, but there was no freezer (although it was in ice itself), 2 bottles of water and coffee were also put in, but the glasses, mugs and spoons were clearly washed with cat tears.
Swimming pool..Hmm, there's ONLY ONE sunbed!!! Fuck him Alone!! There is still some kind of gazebo and that's it. Yavahue, to be honest, there are only Indians swimming there all day long, of course, the hotel is Indian.
From my balcony, the view is just over the pool and palm trees - at least it's nice and it's nice to pass the evening on it.
That's all. Think for yourself, decide for yourself.
We had a vacation with my husband for the New Year 2025! We checked in on 12/27/24 by the time (so it coincided with the flight, conveniently). Already on the way to the hotel, I was alerted by the location: the slum area, I would call it that. It looks normal on the outside, there is a Christmas tree at the entrance and everything is decorated. Well, it doesn't bother me much, the main thing is the comfort in the room! We checked in quickly, the staff is friendly, the deposit is 1000 baht, it is in baht! You go to the room yourself, we got the 5th floor, in principle it's very good. On the floor, it feels like I'm somewhere in an Indian ghetto, long gray corridors. Oh well. When they came into the room to say that I was upset, not to say anything, I was in A **re (: gloomy room, dirty curtains, rusty, barely "breathing" air conditioning, all the furniture is shabby and the beds are like a board with a high mattress. Okay, whatever. But when I looked at the linens and pillows, I just fell down: spots and bruises, apparently there are bedbugs. The bathroom is all collapsing, the shower is on the American system. But the main thing is COCKROACHES! Well, how can a 4* hotel have such a room condition! And it's still living here for 2 weeks! Anyway, they came to us, changed everything, and promised to move us to a better room category, but starting on January 1. We decided that we definitely shouldn't live and expect something better from this hotel. Moreover, the rooms have an interior door with a huge gap between the floor and the audibility is such that they just shout in your ear. And in general, the whole hotel is one continuous farce, you can even hear what is being watched on the phones. In general, if you don't want to spoil your overall experience, then it's better not to check into this "Indian" hotel at all. About food- once we got to breakfast (they are there from 06.00 to 10.00), you won't be full of pasta and seasonings with sauce for 10 days, purely Indian food! It's just a disgusting hotel. The only thing that can be given a plus is a large balcony and a view of the pool and garden, very beautiful and picturesque! That's it, it's a complete disappointment, considering that before that we came to Pattaya using the fartuna system and we got a guest house. It was hundreds of times cleaner, more comfortable and quiet, without dirt and animals!
