I place I found thanks to funny text on their billboard: "только у кошки небритые ножки" (cat only has unshaven legs). Very friendly and good-natured barber Ali. He Asks you thoroughly what haircut you need. I wasn't sure and he proposed his vision and that was the first time for me barber made just great. He Speaks English and Russian. There's an Air Conditioner if you don't like hot weather.
