We stayed here with a small group right on New Year's Eve. And it was amazing! Very hospitable host and clean rooms. Soft beds and clean bathrooms. But if you are used to well-heated rooms in winter, then take a cannon with you to each room, they helped us that night. There is no kitchen in the rooms, there is also no shared kitchen. There is one refrigerator and a microwave. But probably the main feature of this hotel will be the huge open balconies from each room. Since the hotel is located just above the rest, you can watch the entire Stepantsminda at the foot of the mountains. We witnessed an indescribable sight when, on New Year's Eve, fireworks decorated the whole city with the chimes, which exploded one after another against the background of the mountains. It's like we're in a fairy tale. 🥰 There is no way to describe this feeling! And also, in the morning we took a couple of beautiful shots against the background of the mountains. We advise everyone else to do the same)

Technically, almost everything is as shown in the pictures. But there are a lot of unpleasant moments - it's a little dirty, the kettle is scalded, the locked door rattles in the wind, one of the bathrooms stinks, the other has no bedside light, only a very bright general light. There are a lot of little things that spoil the impression, torn duvet covers. The mattresses are good.

A cozy mini-hotel with a wonderful balcony overlooking Kazbek. There are absolutely no disadvantages, the staff is polite and friendly. I would also like to be there, look at Kazbek at dawn and in the afternoon, enjoy nature.

We were last year and this year, we need to fix the bed linen, there are holes on the duvet covers along the seam and the linen itself is synthetic, the beds are comfortable, the location is excellent, the hotel itself needs to be tinted in the interior for a year, the cleaner should pay attention to Mosquitoes in the form of "rock paintings" indoors. Appeal to the owners: great location, you can see that you invested, you need to maintain the level, I sincerely wish you prosperity!

A modern hotel with the best view of Kazbek. The lovely, very hospitable host of the hotel, gave us his homemade wine and chacha :)) A small minus is that the room is cool.
