And when they finally chose it, it turned out that for some reason the certificates did not pass through the terminal. The employee explained that it looks like programmers are working now and therefore it is not possible to make a payment. She offered to put the laundry aside and come back tomorrow. We agreed. And here we are. My certificate has passed, my friend's certificate has been reset! The employee spoke rudely, said there was nothing she could do, but took the phone number and offered to come back tomorrow, as the supervisor would be on site. Bottom line: on the 6th, my friend and I had a working day, and after work we spent the whole evening choosing to come back on our day off on the 7th and then go back on the working day on the 8th. I would like to say that if there are such problems with certificates, then perhaps it is not worth implementing them for some time? And I would like at least a polite attitude from the staff, and not the phrases on duty: "what can I do?" , "complain wherever you want" and so on. Naturally, it's not their fault. However, basic words of politeness and understanding can be expressed. After all, if their loved ones had to ride like this every day, they would hardly talk so rudely.
The store itself is normal, but there is a 1-seller who does not have time for anything, neither the cash register, nor consultations, nor fitting rooms, and people are constantly looking for him.
The assortment is below the baseboard for women 60+, I haven't seen such modern models for a long time, and they also sell certificates, and there such poor devils don't know what to take for this amount, because the models are not relevant, and the prices are space!
I sincerely do not recommend this company and their approach to customers

However, the consultants in the store at 11 Mstislavets St. disappoint once again! It happened today, the consultant Kristina raised her voice and behaved rudely to me, she was absolutely not interested in selling. The service was terrible, I chose everything for myself. Apparently, the employee was not very friendly that day. About the model that I needed, I replied that it was not being delivered. I did not offer a similar option of the right size.
Absolutely not customer-oriented sellers! They don't want to tell you anything, you make a request, they pretend they don't hear!
