A wonderful family-run hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is a courtyard with a "roof" of grapes on the territory. It is very pleasant to sit in it and have breakfast.

It was my first time in Abkhazia, and my family and I started our journey from where we would settle.We were greeted by the wonderful hostess of the hotel Marina.Very convenient location, near a pharmacy , shops ,interchange.Wherever we went to see the sights, it was convenient for us to return to the hotel where we were conveniently located. There is a comfortable, large kitchen , a barbecue on the street, a canopy.We were at the end of March.I recommend.

Good afternoon, friends.I am staying at the Milan hotel for the second day.And sooo happy.The hostess Marina greeted me as if I were the closest relative,😀.Susanna is Marina's right-hand woman, a charming woman, she told me everything, showed me and answered my questions, and I have a lot of them, because this is the first time in Abkhazia.The room is super, everything is there for living. And... The sea, for which we are ready to stand on the border for hours, it is Super Clean, warm And most importantly, it is 5 minutes walk away.Friends, you are here, you will not regret it！

We had a family vacation in July 2021, found a place to stay overnight by chance at 23.00 it was already dark, having traveled 5-8 places, everything was occupied. There was nothing left but to sleep in the car with my wife and child until the morning, but the gate was ajar and the phone number at the gate, which we used without expecting a positive result. A man came out to us, and after listening to us, he picked up his wife, who was already asleep. They invited us to go into the courtyard for clarification and wishes. I'll tell you right away, the place that was booked through the booking service turned out to be not exactly the place that was in the photo. We were given an extra place for the child because the room was double and there were three of us. The area inside the yard is very spacious, 5-7 cars can be placed. The recreation area is comfortable, a fountain , wicker furniture, barbecue area, lighting of the recreation area under the vine. There is a summer closed kitchen with a refrigerator and everything you need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hosts are sooo hospitable, positive and responsive. I recommend this place for families with children or anyone who wants to get positive not only from the sea but also from meta accommodation. There is a washing machine, which is very important for a good rest. We will definitely come back to you in a year. May God grant prosperity to your cozy nest. Thanks for the unplanned shelter. The geographical location is excellent. The kitchen is cramped, there are a lot of people. Noise, uproar. It is unjustifiably expensive. I had to run away to the others.

Hello everyone, I stayed with my husband in September 2021 in this mini-hotel. Everything is wonderful and the rooms and the comfortable balcony. I was upset by an unimportant Wi-Fi and I was pestered by mosquitoes in the recreation area and in the shared kitchen, but otherwise everything is fine. Marina is a very pleasant hostess. The best mini-hotel in Sukhumi! Cozy, with economy and rooms with amenities. Clear. There is a coffee shop, a barbecue area. The most hospitable hosts. Convenient location. There is a new dining room and a beach nearby. If you are going on vacation to Abkhazia, you will not regret it!!!

Economy class rooms, paid and ordered standard, constant lack of water. During the 7 days of stay, it was a horror, it was impossible to wash properly. The courtyard is cozy, but the guests are noisy, at 3 a.m. gatherings with wild gold are too much.
