Today, on November 16, 2024, my husband and I went to the Mila store on M.Tank Street, because we forgot to buy a baking dish at the grocery store. We had large bags of groceries in our hands. We quickly took the falga and went to the checkout. After the calculation, the cashier demanded to see what was in our packages. After examining our packages, we were released. Employees are not professional, they do not have the right to inspect personal belongings!!! I am a regular customer, it is very unpleasant!

About 4 years ago - my favorite store. But what happened now... There are no price tags on 30% of the products. And if there is, then the yellow promotional price tags are not the fact that it will be punched at the checkout! I've been within a mile 2 times this month. And I probably won't come back. And the prices for decorative items are lower in winter. So be happy to stay with this attitude towards consumers!

Good afternoon, I have visited this store more than once and every time as a quest in search of goods by the price tag, and if there is one, it is not necessary that the price tag will match. This time there was a quest in search of a notebook for 0.12 kopecks. I went through a bunch of notebooks, but all without result, switched to general and semi-general, there are 4 price tags and 8 types of notebooks (with different barcodes). It's good that my eyesight allows me to compare the product with the price tag and I know it, but what about other people, especially the elderly? To find out the price of the notebooks, I had to select all the ones of interest and go to the checkout ( before that, I came up and asked the seller about the notebooks for 12 kopecks, to which she replied if there is a price tag, but the notebooks are not lying, then they are over, you can find out the prices at the checkout. She could have at least removed the price tag so that people would not be misled, but she continued to do her job) The cashier told me all the prices for notebooks (there were about 10 of them, of which I chose only 2) and asked me to find notebooks for 12 kopecks. he started looking for them, but as expected, he did not find them.
Everyone understands perfectly well that there is a strain with personnel , and 2 people per shift is not enough for the store and the service at the checkout and the display of goods . But I don't have to come to the store and sit and check the barcodes with the price tag or then, without checking, be horrified by the price of the purchased product and think about whether the price tag was right there. And unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered this situation in this store.

I am very disappointed. I have already got used to the fact that information needs to be pulled from sellers with ticks. But the fact that you need to double-check the price tags and the product behind it, it's just terrible ..... I bought a cream, the price is three times higher than the price tag. As it turned out, the price tag was from another cream, but there was no price tag for this cream at all. It's a shame that I found such a "profitable" purchase only after 2 days. So, dear customers, before buying a product in this store, take a magnifying glass with you and carefully read the price tag. And this is not the first case with price tags. A month ago, a friend could not buy an eyeliner, as it was the last one left and there was no barcode on it and ...... They didn't find a price tag on it in the window. Maybe it's time to pay attention to your employees and bring everything in line?
