Service was acceptable, but they need to be more patient and gentle with foreigners who can’t understand Russian, I personally didn’t experience anything, but lots of other foreigners were yelled at because they couldn’t understand and I felt so sorry for them

I went there and waited 2 hours for my turn. There's 1 staff who's racist? She made fun of me with her colleague? I mean wtf wrong with my nationality tho?
