I want to leave a review about an extremely traumatic and unpleasant experience in this salon. During the pedicure, Master Albina damaged my nail with a milling cutter — she literally broke it, and at the same time she didn't say anything. I only noticed this when the work on one leg was already completed. Plus— she rubbed her heel so roughly that it hurts to step on my foot now. I'm not exaggerating — my leg really hurts and I feel uncomfortable walking.
When I calmly pointed out the problem, instead of apologizing, the master made a scene and refused to continue the pedicure. With one half-finished leg, I sat and waited until another master came over to finish the job.
But the story didn't end there either. I had previously left a couple of reviews saying that the salon was very crowded — and right during the procedure, they approached me with the question: "Did you write this?". Then they also asked me to delete these reviews. It looked like pressure and complete disrespect for the client.
No apologies, no compensation, and I was charged the full cost of the procedure — despite the injury, stress, and unfinished service.
I came for care, but I left in pain and in a bad mood. I strongly do not recommend this salon.
I have been going to this salon steadily since 2015. Always haircuts and waxing. That's it, I really like it. Zhuldyz and Irina are masters of haircuts, and Anastasia and Karina are masters of depilation.👍👍👍
We need to stop visiting this place. The only advantage is that they are near work and you can go to manik during your lunch break or after work. The masters are weak. I gave it a chance several times, I thought maybe the master was the wrong one. I've been to almost all of them, the coating is weak, it's fading. Last time, they didn't cover the little fingers well at all. Since time was running out, there was no way to go redo it. I sent the administrator a photo, I didn't even apologize. I didn't offer to make a refund for two fingers, since I can't come to the redo
