The station itself was not found immediately. If you are walking from the subway, it is better to go around the building on the right and find yourself in the bus parking lot. And the huge building itself is given over to the sale of consumer goods, mainly clothes and shoes. Sellers and goods are in stock, but there are no buyers. God only knows how they survive.
There are no terminals or stops in the parking lot as such. Notation and scoreboard too. Using the method of the conversational genre, they found a flight to Sumgait, the corner on the far left, if you face the building. The signs are not on all the basses, so we ask and look at the payment terminal, there is a flight number there.
One of the advantages is the ridiculous ticket price, to Sumgait - 0.80 manat (45₽) for a comfortable express bus with a ticket. You can get to Sumgait by another 123 bus, but this is a small minibus with the 51st stop, and it does not go from here.
The bus station needs reform, stops with numbers, terminals with signs, a large scoreboard on the street. But Baku's generous oil has not yet flooded here, we will have to wait!
One of the advantages is that the buses are all clean, commuter buses leave every 40-50 minutes, and there is a place where you can quickly eat or drink something sweet. One of the disadvantages is that you won't find a single commuter bus after 8 p.m., and if you wait until the first flight in the morning, you're unlikely to find an open bathroom. Therefore, minus one star
A place for a first stop for budget travel between the cities of Azerbaijan. It is desirable that someone from the local agreed on the price for transportation - then the price tag will be two times lower. It is better to have manats in small bills and give them without change - they may not return them and also ask for tips from above at the end of the trip.
There are many clothing stores, groceries, and toys...The prices are not too high. Toilets are paid, not clean, plumbing is not working everywhere. There are elevators, they work. There is a place to eat. There are few places to wait for buses. The seats are metal.
It does not pull at 5 stars, especially in comparison with Moscow ones. It seems to be newly built, but somehow it does not look super-modern. Buses are also on the roof, as well as in Moskovsky on Shelkovskaya. But Moscow is somehow more civilized and modern. But the wifi is there, it works.
An interesting building. From the outside it is built in the form of a large ship. But inside, an update and repair is required. There are a lot of buses running.
Well, what can I say. There are buses and take passengers where they need to go (unless of course you make a mistake with the choice).
You can buy something to drink and have a snack with you on the road. You need to pay on the bus itself, although it is possible and it is also possible in some other way, but I did not see it.
The bus station is located on the 3rd floor! There are many ticket offices, bus schedules and ticket prices can be seen on the electronic scoreboard! But the main value of the station is the staff! The station staff is always ready to help, tell you which bus to take, where to get off and take you to the bus! For me, as a tourist, it was very important!
Well, this is a real bazaar, not a train station.
I bought it here and sold it there.
The police are agitating for non-official carriers. 🤣🤣🤣. Whoever gave the most bribes is right. This is azeria baby. And what is not true? I travel to Baku every year and it's the same thing every year.
The coolest airport. Always clean and cozy. The service staff is polite. Fast registration and customs control. No one is being tortured just like that
Cleanliness from entrance to exit. The people are friendly. But where passports are checked, they do not speak Russian in principle. When I asked a question, a young girl told me in Azerbaijani, if we come to Russia, they won't talk to us in our language. I was born in Baku, but I left 30 years ago, so I understand the language. But it's a shame when they can talk, but they don't talk in principle
A strange place, rather like a huge fake goods market. The toilets are paid and smelly. The information desk doesn't really strain and doesn't know anything. The storage room is small and you need to take the key from it at the checkout, like from a furniture cabinet. International buses are more or less modern. And the regional ones are old and broken Hyundai. There is no bus to the Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

It's not a bad bus station, there are many buses in different directions.
One of the disadvantages is that it is still far away. There is a subway. It would be great if there were more trains
Good time, I want to write everything as it is and nothing superfluous, all laws on passenger transportation are violated on the Baku-Moscow flight, people are promised one thing, they do something completely different, they smoke on the bus the bus was supposed to leave on 03/24/2018- at 14.00, and left on 03/25/2018 at 10 am, and they said at 07.30, passengers are not taken because it is not profitable for drivers, so the luggage and the floor of the cabin were littered with things, in the end it is not clear whether it is the state flight or the owner, maybe the state cannot resolve the situation. I can write a lot of other things and there is evidence on this topic, please respond who else has been in such a situation, please respond!
Everything is well done enough. The metro is right next door. Half an hour and you're in the city center!!
