I did not like the employee's attitude to my situation regarding baggage transportation, the fact that the luggage did not fit the parameters of hand luggage, you can explain clearly and correctly what to do in such a situation, and your employee sat relaxed and explained unintelligibly. I paid extra for the luggage, and then it was taken as luggage, not in hand luggage. All this explanation of your employee, who incorrectly conveyed his thoughts, left an unpleasant aftertaste.

New Airport look & feel is good. Toooo big than the earlier Airport, However service staff is Very Rude, they need to be taught some manners to behave with passengers. Then the main obstacle is the Airport management needs to be replaced immediately because they are managing the Airport worse than a railway platform. Flights gets delayed by hours, Gates keeps changing twice or thrice in a row. Overall flights get delayed by 3-4 hrs. All the fancy stuff on airport starts irritating when u see all ur plans collapse. Airport management is in Wrong Hands. C level guys needs to be replaced with New ones immediately to save the reputation of this marvellous airport. Hope that provides all the Pros & Cons about this new facility...

Very very bad stuffs, this imigration stuffs were not cultural talking even old people like animals, they don’t have any respect for guests to UAE it was very bad. I came from Germany and I can’t explain you two country airport stuffs difference,,,
