A very nice place to stay. We took a suite with two rooms. There is everything you need from a microwave, dishes to a washing machine. A very comfortable bed. A playpen for the child was provided free of charge.
The location is great, Close to the embankment, shops, cafes and coffee shops.
A separate plus is the staff at the reception. All our wishes were taken into account when booking. They were very friendly and provided all the necessary information.
Room cleaning once every three days.
The rooms are not new, but the price-quality ratio is good.

A large room, appliances and plumbing work perfectly, a quiet street, proximity to a beautiful promenade, beach and shops. Apparently, that's why the high cost of the room, even in the basement, where they lived. This is the "downside".

The main advantage is the location! The beach, the promenade, shops, cafes - everything is very close. The washing machine, stove, kettle worked properly, there was always hot water.I really liked that it was quite quiet, there was no noise from the street, as well as from the neighbors.Maybe I was lucky. A good set of dishes was available, special thanks for the Turkey for me.The room itself is nice (on the top floor), but it is already quite tired, the ventilation does not work! We saw a room in the basement-everything is really bad there. The receptionists hardly appeared at the reception -we had to look for them.The covers on the beds are some kind of leaky waffle towels. There was cleaning once a week-and that's good!The overall impression is, in general, ambiguous
