The main advantage is the location! The beach, the promenade, shops, cafes - everything is very close. The washing machine, stove, kettle worked properly, there was always hot water.I really liked that it was quite quiet, there was no noise from the street, as well as from the neighbors.Maybe I was lucky. A good set of dishes was available, special thanks for the Turkey for me.The room itself is nice (on the top floor), but it is already quite tired, the ventilation does not work! We saw a room in the basement-everything is really bad there. The receptionists hardly appeared at the reception -we had to look for them.The covers on the beds are some kind of leaky waffle towels. There was cleaning once a week-and that's good!The overall impression is, in general, ambiguous

A large room, appliances and plumbing work perfectly, a quiet street, proximity to a beautiful promenade, beach and shops. Apparently, that's why the high cost of the room, even in the basement, where they lived. This is the "downside".

We liked the hotel. We lived in a normal room, after experiencing the first floor in another hotel (very dark), we didn't even consider the basement, and when we came to see the rooms, we asked for a lot of light, and they gave us one. With a view of the road, there was sunrise on the walls in the morning, and the children watched from the couch as they sawed trees and took out trash cans from under the windows. Free entertainment.
I liked the table and the shelf in the bedroom - it's convenient to work.
But there are not enough chairs, in room 2, they took the third one, but there are three of us and I would leave one in the bedroom by the table.
It was used, except for the microwave, everything is working and cozy.
The hotel has a high elevator with a wheelchair, but a ramp.
On the downside, yes, the smell of sewage, they left the fan on and tried not to leave the toilet door open. This is common.
The hob is buggy, but it's been adjusted. I was pleased with the hood and the backlight from it. The air conditioners are well located, but we only turned on the heating a couple of times.
The TV reproduces the USB. It's very convenient for us.
The hotel is pleasant. Everything we needed was immediately added (extra towels, a brush and a dustpan, more hangers in the closet and an extra blanket).
Audibility is like everywhere, like scratching with neighbors. We were quiet.
The scrub rooms seemed even quieter, but darker.
