I've never written reviews. But now the situation is critical.
Today I was in shoe repair at 97 Prytytsky Street.
There has never been such a boorish attitude towards me before. A man has never answered me so rudely before. I live right in this house. To all friends and acquaintances living in this area, I advise you not to go there anymore. I was a couple of years ago, it was about the same attitude, but tolerable. But she came back and it got even worse. One answered me in raised tones, the other grinned. I was even confused, I just stood there and listened to it all.
Probably because of the popularity of your network, the workers have the right to behave like this?? Despite the fact that I was very tactful and polite!
I will contact the Consumer Protection Society!!! Because how many people keep silent about this attitude!
Each such review takes away your customers, it's worth thinking about changing the staff in the shoe store!

It is small, but there is a huge selection of everything that can be useful from threads and needles, accessories, buttons, locks...just a sea of goods. It's great that in a couple of minutes you will be given a button to choose from, a zipper, and a bag will be repaired. I'm just happy that there is such a shop- workshop not far from home.

Thanks to the workshop for disfiguring my expensive bag. Background: the strap in my bag broke off, I came to ask you to glue it. I REGRETTED IT A HUNDRED TIMES. There are nice guys who assured me that they would do everything at the highest level, they were so convincing that I believed them. In vain!!! Bottom line: they tore off the native fasteners to put new ones, the new ones were put AWRY, plus they did not calculate the size of the fastener and as a result there was a hole above it. The cute boys said that there is nothing terrible in the holes on the bag)))) Indeed!! Holes are fashionable and cool, in their opinion. As a result, they did not admit their guilt, tore off their mount and gave me a bag with 6 holes. Thank you))))) The service is 0/10. If you knew that you would not be able to perform the service efficiently, then why did you agree???? Shocked by the careless attitude of people who consider this the norm 🤢👎🏻

A good choice, convenient location, the opportunity to buy and immediately install buttons / buttons / zipper, etc. - for all this, I liked this store. The only thing that confused me was the work time - up to 19 hours, I just couldn't physically get home from work.
But now the quality of services has dropped significantly - an unfriendly seller, the service is not in turn, and whoever first distracted the seller with a question serves him, waited for his turn, approached a free seller - said what I needed - sent me to choose at the stand. I chose - (I lost 5 minutes waiting for another customer's service!) - it turned out that out of the large selection on the stand, neither the named nor many other products are available.. the question is, why was it sent?.. It's not clear where it is at all - there is no cash register in the store, the card reader just lies on the window. Because of this, you can spend a lot of time waiting for the turn to "reach" you.
In general, my opinion is that there is something to buy here, but do not count on good service.
