An excellent 4-storey hotel in an old building, budget-friendly, unique, peculiar and very colorful. Located in the center of Tbilisi. Cozy rooms, downstairs kitchen-living room. I was happy to live there for 4 days in November 2024, the cost of a 2-bed room is 1700r. Cafes, restaurants, and private shops are within walking distance. There is a pharmacy around the corner, a mini spa across the metro square. I recommend.

They gave us free wine, changed the room for an additional fee. Everyone knows Russian, friendly girls. They called us a taxi themselves. The rooms are comfortable, but in the first room we had no cold water in the sink and no hot water in the shower.
