A unique place with a large and good community, which the same place has independently formed. If you want to come and play a board game, a board role-playing game and just spend time, but there are no people in the social circle who would share your interests - come here even in proud solitude!
Special thanks to the bartenders: Dima, Dara - you are forever in the hearts of many guys who go to the club.
Perhaps the main advantage of this place is that it has become, today, the main gathering point for fans of NRI and wargames. But that's where the obvious advantages end.
But the disadvantages, especially in comparison with other clubs, are quite noticeable.
Poor ventilation. If the clubhouse is completely full, the tables at the entrance become almost a VIP area. It's just hard to breathe, and after spending several hours in a noisy room with a lack of fresh air, you leave here with a sore head.
A paid (and expensive) bar combined with a ban on bringing your own food and drinks. There is not even free water in the club itself. Fortunately, they are allowed to bring their own. But at least putting a cooler with water is not about this club.
Employees do not interfere in any way with what is happening, and if someone in the club is screaming at the top of their lungs, clearly interfering with the rest of the visitors, then the staff will not try to do anything about it. The fact that one of the visitors interferes with the rest is the problem of the visitors themselves.
The price tag for admission is quite high with a combination of a low number of related services. In fact, for 18 rubles you will be let in and allowed to use the game library (small) and some set of miniatures for NRI. That's all.
My personal experience. I don't know, maybe I misunderstood something and made it up to myself, but it seems to me that I was faced with an unpleasant deception on the part of the club staff. I don't know if this is relevant at the time of writing the review, but the club had a player loyalty system in which every visitor played a lottery, where one of the prizes is "the opportunity to treat the entire table to tea with an exclusive taste or take any drink" (quote from their Instagram). In fact, when I won this prize, I was only allowed to take anything on myself. The option "treat the whole table to tea" did not work.
The last and, I hope, only relevant moment for today is the extremely toxic telegram community, which the moderators refuse to regulate.
Of the advantages, we can single out a couple of good games in the collection of this institution and the presence of figures for DND. But unfortunately, all the positive impressions are destroyed by the disadvantages of this institution.
Minuses:
- The attitude of employees to their duties. For some reason, they believe that they have the right to be rude to their regular customers who bring them stable money, while not small. What's next.
- Located in the BASEMENT. Keep this in mind if you plan to stay longer here, because if there are a lot of people there or you are there for a long time, then at some point you will simply stop having enough air and will often have to run outside up the stairs to breathe.
- Their drinks and food are absolutely prohibited. Even small bottles of water, if you want to drink - buy at the bar / checkout at a wild overprice. Another point in the piggy bank of the availability of this place.
- Absolute rejection of the administration of this institution, no criticism.- The price tag for just being in this institution, now a visit costs as much as 18 rubles, which can not be called a good option for gatherings with friends and / or playing DND on a regular basis.
I recommend you to look at alternatives with more adequate pricing and attitude to the client, since now you can find them in Minsk. I hope that my review will be useful to someone and will allow you not to waste your nerves and money in VAIN.
