I am a regular customer of this Hotel! Great view from the room, the location is good! The kitchen is super! And the staff is one of the best!! I've been to many hotels all over the world!! These are the advantages!! The downside is that the numbers are old! Water is poured on plastic !

The hotel is good enough. On the downside, the pool in the hotel is not heated, so swimming in the pool (in autumn) is much colder than in the sea. The hotel has its own beach, gym, spa, hammam. The view from the window is unreal! The breakfasts are awesome by the sea!

The infrastructure is cool, the pool, the rooms are good, the view is gorgeous. The staff is not very good, there is no translator and they did not try to find and solve the problem. Banquet halls in the priorities and visitors of banquet halls and events for visitors vacationing in the hotel are not so important. Noisy gatherings at night by Turks or Arabs are not controlled in any way and there are no reactions to the treatment of visitors trying to sleep. In general, the rest is spoiled. I do not recommend this hotel

Nice hotel. However, in a room for two people, hygiene kits were only for 1 person, in the bathroom the bottle with shower gel was empty, but two bottles with shampoo. Upon arrival, the magnetic lock in the room did not work, we got into the room from the 3rd time. The maid did not wash the dirty dishes, politely put them on the bedside table. Everything else is fine

Like it.
The hotel is located right by the water, great view from the window, close to the city center. Excellent bed, pillows and bed linen. Good lighting in the room.
I didn't like it.
The old Hilton. A shower room with a short partition that does not save from puddles on the floor. There is no elevator from the underground parking (carry suitcases up the stairs). They took a long time to make out, they slipped in questionnaires, which was not the case, for example, at the Konya Hilton. They ask you to leave a deposit of 200 liras. At the check-out, I had to wait for the cleaning lady to make sure that I really drank two cans of Cola and ate nuts. WiFi was constantly falling off, and in the middle of the session, the speed was about zero. I had to use the mobile Internet.

I was on a business trip to this hotel on 04/7/2024. Everything is fine, except that you will not be able to pay with a WORLD card. But this is not a problem of the hotel, but of all banks in Turkey - they do not accept payments and it is impossible to withdraw money from ATMs. Only one Ziraat bank issues lira without problems, the exchange rate is almost the Central Bank. I hope the situation will improve by the summer and all banks will be able to accept MIR cards for payment. I had a VTB WORLD card at that time.
As for the hotel, everything is 5+.
