I am carrying out preventive maintenance of a car in this car service, I would like to note its strengths and weaknesses.: 1. Before the sanctions in the Republic of Belarus (if you believe the built-in car maps), there were only two authorized Mercedes services: in Minsk and this service in Gomel 2. Simple tasks (maintenance, diagnostics) are handled flawlessly. I haven't encountered much yet. 3. The receptionist explains everything clearly, the employees are responsive and understand the brand. Weaknesses: 1. The client area and the building require cosmetic repairs 2. The customer service is falling short In general, thank you for having an authorized highly specialized Mercedes service in Gomel, even in the past, and we hope for its continued operation and prosperity! We were sent culturally. They didn't even want to talk. It's very sad. I went to another service, waited there for 10 minutes, checked the oil level, reset the error, and I went with a calm soul. I don't recommend it.
