The beach is under renovation. 10.10.2024. 12.04.2025 is also under repair! And there was a nice beach. It's quiet, there are few people, there is a shower, a toilet (though at the end of the beach) if you face the sea, then from the left to the end of the beach. I found it there, maybe somewhere in the other direction. There are no coffees, take your umbrella, I haven't seen it here. And it's not far to the bus.

Pros: perfect beach photos against the background of Burj Khalifa, wide coastal area, lifeguards, sparsely populated, there is a free shower and toilet, if you look at the sea in the building on the left, all buildings are far away, the water is flowing, clean, not standing like on Palm Trees. For some, it will seem like a minus - that there are no cafes and paid sun beds, I have not seen a special parking lot, you can find a place along the beach.
